| Abstract | ||
| This study belongs to the type of descriptive studies study with the aim of Determine the nature Relationship Between the Requirements for the Quality of the Services of Civil Associations and the Development of the Professional Performance of the Social Worker, and that is through Using the method social survey by sample Depending on style random sampling, came its size (33) single. and the study relied on collecting its field data on a questionnaire about the requirements of the quality of the services of Civil Associations and the professional performance of social workers. The most important results of the study were that I found that there is my expulsion correlation statistically significant at level (α≤0.05) Between each of the (Senior management's commitment to quality requirements - Spreading a culture of quality - Education and training of social workers- Customer satisfaction with services- Professional performance of social workers (and improving the professional performance of social workers. The results also confirmed not having differences between the Professional performance of social workers social worker and achieve the requirements for the quality of the services of civil associations which come back for (gender, age, years of experience). | ||
