| Abstract | ||
| Begging is one of the widespread phenomena in all societies, and it is considered a social and security phenomenon that disturbs the peace of society. Recently, the phenomenon of electronic begging has spread, with the development of the use of technical means, and the increase in the number of users of communication sites, and beggars are inventing new methods, with fake accounts and unreal phone numbers, to reach To the largest number of people, so the begging was before, by supplication, to beg the benefactors, He urged them to take out the money, as they crowd at traffic lights, inside gas stations, in public places, and on the roads of mosques and hide behind different personalities and forms, with shabby clothes and fabricated disabilities to gain sympathy in order to beg, but due to the development and use of technology. Internet networks and the multiplicity of images of collective communication has become a profitable and fast means of electronic begging, so it is necessary to think about new mechanisms to combat the crime of electronic begging, and this comes only through working in two tracks, combating the crime of electronic begging at the international level and mechanisms to address the crime of electronic begging at the national level, and this is what We will try to highlight it in this research | ||
