| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة الحاليّة إلى معرفة تصورات معلمات صعوبات التعلم حول معوقات فريق العمل في المدرسة، وإلى معرفة الآثار المترتبة لغياب، أو قصور بعض أعضاء الفريق، وإلى معرفة العوامل المساعدة في رفع فاعلية الفريق. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي (الظاهراتي)، وأداة المقابلة شبه المنظمة، والتي تكوّنت من (10) أسئلة رئيسية، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على (9) من معلمات صعوبات التعلم في المدارس الحكومية في مدينة جدة. وقد أشارت الدراسة إلى عدة معوقات تعرقل فاعلية فريق العمل تمثّلت في معوقات من الناحية القانونية، والرقابية، والبشرية، ومعوقات في تنفيذ البرامج، ومعوقات ثقافية، ومالية، ومادية، ومهنية. وبيّنت نتائج الدراسة بعض الآثار السلبية على معلمات صعوبات التعلم كالآثار النفسية، والوظيفية، بالإضافة إلى التصنيف الخاطئ للطالبات، ومشكلات في تقديم الخدمات، ونقص في الخدمات، وآثار نفسية على الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم. وتضمنت النتائج مقترحات قانونية تنظيمية، ومقترحات رقابية، وتوعوية، ومالية، وعملية. The study aimed to know the perceptions of teachers of students with learning disabilities about the Barriers of the teamwork in the school, and to know the effects of absence, or deficiencies of some team members, and to know the factors that help To improve team performance. The study used the qualitative research (phenomenologyl), and the semi-structured interview method, which consisted of (10) main questions. The Participants were (9) teachers of students with learning disabilities in government schools in Jeddah. The study indicated several barriers that hinder the effectiveness of teamwork, which are regulational, supervisory, human, implementing programs proplems, cultural, financial, material, and occupational barriers. The findings identified some negative effects on teachers of students with learning disabilities, such as psychological and occupational effects, in addition to the wrong classification of students, problems in providing services, lack of services, and psychological effect on students with learning disabilities.
