| Abstract | ||
| The problem of the study is the need for foreign exchange to drive the development process . Potatoes in the Minya governorate represent one of the tributaries of the crop production in Egypt. Therefore, attention is required to analyze the productive and economic variables of the potato crop in the Minya governorate, the impact of production costs on them, and the possibility of increasing production to contribute to increasing exports of the potato crop. Purpose Of The Study: The study aims to identify the role of costs in the production of summer and Nile potato crops in Al-Manba governorate, by achieving the following objectives: 1. Quantitative measurement of the relationship between the cost of producing an acre and changes in its constituent items. 2. Quantitative measurement of the relationship between the net yield of an acre and changes in the factors affecting it. 1. The need for production requirements to be available in village banks and agricultural cooperative societies at affordable prices Suitable, which contributes to reducing production costs and thus increasing the net yield of the crop. 2. The use of modern methods in agriculture, which contributes to raising the efficiency of the performance of agricultural operations, which in turn leads to a reduction in costs, which provides an appropriate return for farmers. | ||
