Is one of the most in whatever form the process of accessing records access to information and making it available is important archival processes achieve Trust from a center for the area without it the basis of the archive's work information dissemination and distribution into a mere storehouse for storing whether this information is preserved in the form , records and information of paper records or digital records on databases methods of retrieving tax information in the general also with this researched " Gatex" tax authority in Cairo and searching for it on the automated system it faces a research and despite the importance of retrieving tax information application of research methods adopted in problem represented in the lack of such as Boolean research the field of records and information management searching for the root of the word. So on methods this research came to review the search and retrieval methods used in the trying to answer ,Authority and stored on the Gatex system general tax what is concept of information retrieval in organization. The research concluded that the retrieval of tax files on the GATEX system from a technical point of view is a good system, but from an archival point of view it lacks the use of archival standards in the classification, indexing and retrieval system . | ||
