| Abstract | ||
| This study aims to find out the impact of the ownership structure on the financial performance of the 13 banks listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019,and the characteristics of the ownership structure were determined in (concentration of ownership, administrative ownership, foreign ownership, government ownership, institutional ownership) and the researcher relied on the latest standards in measuring financial performance: Added Economic Value Added, MVA Market Value Added, Tobin's Q, this study has reached a set of results and can be summarized as follows: the financial performance impact agreement in the previous period, the concentration of ownership, administrative ownership, foreign ownership and government ownership for the three financial performance variables. On the other hand, we findthe different impact of institutional ownership, and the ratio of indebtedness between the three financial performance variables, based on the different impact of these variables between the economic value added and the market value added, which is due to the actual reverse correlation between economic value added and market value added. | ||
