| Abstract | ||
| على الرغم من التجديد الانتخابي للديمقراطية الأمريكية من خلال إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية بصورة دورية ومنتظمة كل أربع سنوات استنادًا إلى أسس نظام الحكم الأمريكي؛ فإنَّ عملية استطلاع الرأي العام الأمريكي حول توقعات نتائج الانتخابات وأي المرشحين أقرب إلى صندوق الاقتراع مستمرة قبيل كل دورة انتخابية؛ فاستطلاعات الرأي العام جزء مهم من عملية الانتخاب؛ فعلى مدى أكثر من ثمانية عقود فرضت استطلاعات الرأي العام نفسها لتمثل مؤشرًا دالًا حول مسارات التصويت الممكنة، لذلك فإنَّ هذا البحث يهدف إلى التحقق من فرضية مفادها أنَّ الانتخابات الأمريكية عملية ديناميكية لانتقال السلطة وتنعكس أهميتها على مراكز استطلاع الرأي العام الأمريكي، واستخدم هذا البحث عدة مناهج بغية التطرق إلى جميع الجوانب المتعلقة بالموضوع والإلمام بها؛ فقد اعتمد على المنهج التاريخي لدراسة كيفية آلية إجراء الانتخابات الأمريكية، فضلًا عن توظيف منهج التحليل الإحصائي للوصول إلى البيانات الإحصائية لاستطلاعات الرأي العام الأمريكي، واعتمد على منهج التحليل النظمي الذي يرى في مؤسسات النظام السياسي الديناميكية والاستمرارية في العمل المؤسساتي، على الرغم من الصعوبات أو العراقيل التي واجهت المشهد السياسي قبيل الانتخابات الأمريكية. وتظهر نتائج البحث أنَّ الانتخابات الأمريكية سلوك اجتماعي- سياسي يربط الفرد بالنظام السياسي والعكس صحيح؛ إذ تظهر ثقافة الإسهام والمشاركة في اختيار ممثل الشعب؛ فنتائج الاستطلاعات تعطي فكرة عامة عن توجه الناخب الأمريكي ولا تعطي نتائج نهائية للتصويت؛ فالرأي العام الأمريكي قد حسم قراره إلى من يصوت، وعلى كل المرشحين أنَّ يسعوا إلى استقطاب الناخبين من أجل الذهاب إلى صندوق الاقتراع الانتخابي. Abstract: The American United States is a democratic nation and its political system builds upon the concept of electoral renewal for the members of their government by holding presidential election in a periodic as well as regular form every four years depending on the ruler regime's bases. Besides, the process of American public opinion poll of the expectations of the election results continue about the American candidate who is the nearest to the election poll box in any electoral cycle. Therefore, the public opinion polls represent an important aspect of the process of election and for more than eight decades the public opinion polls proven itself as a significant indicator about the possible voting perspectives. In this respect, the current study aims for checking the hypothesis which reads as "The American election is a dynamic process for authority transition and its significance is reflected on the American public opinion poll centers". Different approaches have been used in the current study for the purpose of covering all the related aspects of this topic. The historical approach is employed in order to study the procedure of holding the American election. Additionally, the statistical analytic approach is used to get the statistical data of the American public opinion polls. Also, the researcher depends on the systemic analysis approach which notice the dynamism and continuity of the political system institutions of the institutional work in spite of the obstacles and hardships have faced the political scene before the American election. The results show that the American election represents a socio-political behaviour connects the individual with the political system and vice versa. The culture of contribution and participation in choosing the representative of American people gives a general idea about the American elector's orientation, but its dose not give the final results of voting. However, the American public opinion has determined its opinion and the candidates must try to attract electors to go to the electoral poll box. | ||
