| Abstract | ||
| As was the case in Napoleon’s campaign to Egypt with the late eighteenth century and the beginning of the nineteenth century, where the campaign scientists explored Egypt and described an accurate description of the various aspects of social life and the historical and other aspects, the French occupation authorities proceeded as soon as they stepped on Algerian territory , to the formation of "scientific" committees and the establishment of media platforms to get acquinted with the Algerian’s society , politics, religion …. It will be with the assistance of a group of scientists and intellectuals who were following Saint Simonian doctrine (relative to the Saint Simon), in modern project announced by Muhammad Ali of Egypt, like Ismail (Thomas) Urbain and Prosper Enfantin for example. On the contrary, the stay of those in, Muhammad Ali’s Egypt , as guests, they were in Algeria , loyal aides to the occupation army and theoreticians of the Frensh colnial project , has come to Algeria, after the utter failure of their grand dreams in Egypt, led by "Prosper Enfantin and Urbain returning from Egypt. Enfantin was appointed first in the exploratory scientific committee set up by the occupation authorities in the colonized Algeria, the second served as a translator in the French army, and he had a great knowledge of the Arabic language and it’s populations. Who are these Saint Simonians? What was their philosophy? What did the East represented for them, Algeria in particulary ? What were the objectives for which they came to Algeria? And What were the actions that they have made ? Especially in the collect of documents and manuscripts? As an example of what preceeded, René Basset and other Saint Simonians Orientalists who were interested in documents and manuscripts in detail, from which we learn the methods and approaches in the process of collecting and arranging and classifying Algerian documents and manuscripts. مثلما کان الشأن في حملة نابليون على مصر مع أواخر القرن الثامن عشر وبداية القرن التاسع عشر، حيث قام علماء الحملة باستکشاف مصر ووصفها وصفا دقيقا في شتى مناحي الحياة الاجتماعية و التاريخية وغيرهما، عمدت سلطات الاحتلال الفرنسي بمجرد أن وطئت قدماها أرض الجزائر، إلى تشکيل لجان "علمية" و تأسيس منابر إعلامية الهدف منهما التعرّف عن قرب على المجتمع الجزائري آنذاک اجتماعيا، سياسيا، دينيا وغيرها، مستعينة في ذلک بمجموعة من العلماء والمثقفين الذين کانوا يتبعون الفکر السانسيموني( نسبة إلى سان سيمون)، وقد ساهموا سابقا، وبدرجات متفاوتة، في المشروع التحديثي الذي أعلنه محمد علي بمصر، على غرار اسماعيل (توماس) أوربان Urbain و بروسبير أونفانتين P.Enfantin على سبيل المثال. وعلى العکس من مکوث هؤلاء بمصر محمد علي، باعتبارهم ضيوفا، فإنّهم کانوا في الجزائر المعاونين الأوفياء لجيش الاحتلال و المنظّرين لمشاريع فرنسا الاستيطانية، وقد قدموا إلى الجزائر، بعد الفشل الذريع الذي منيت به أحلامهم الکبرى في مصر،مجموعات تلو الأخرى، يتقدمهم "بروسبير أونفانتين P.Enfantin و"أوربان “Urbain العائدَين من مصر. عُيّن الأول و هو Enfantin عضو في اللجنة العلمية الاستکشافية التي أسستها سلطات الاحتلال في الجزائر؛ وخدم الثاني مترجما في الجيش الفرنسي لمعرفته الکبيرة باللغة العربية و اعتناقه المزعوم للإسلام.. من هم هؤلاء السانسيمونيون؟ ما هي فلسفتهم؟ ماذا يُمثل لهم الشرق عموما، والجزائر خصوصا؟ ما الأهداف التي جاؤوا من أجلها إلى الجزائر؟ و ما هي الأعمال التي أنيطوا بها؟ وبخاصة في مجال جمع الوثائق والمخطوطات؟ و کمثال على ما سبق ذکره، سيکون المستشرق "رونيه باصي" René Basset وغيره من المستشرقين السانسيمونيين الذين اهتموا بالوثائق والمخطوطات أنموذجا تفصيليا، نتعرف من خلاله على الطرائق و المناهج المتّبعة في عملية جمع وترتيب وتصنيف الوثائق والمخطوطات الجزائرية. | ||
