| Abstract | ||
| استهدف البحث الحالي إلي قياس الرضا عن التدريب الميداني وعلاقته بالاتجاه المهني لدي الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفى للوصول الي نتائج البحث وتكونت عينة البحث من (177) طالبة في الفرقة الثالثة، (139) طالبة في الفرقة الرابعة ،وتحددت أدوات البحث في مقياس الرضا عن التدريب الميداني لدي الطالبات المعلمات (اعداد الباحثة) ومقياس الاتجاه المهني للطالبات المعلمات (اعداد الباحثة)، وأسفرت النتائج الي غالبية عينة البحث مستوى رضاهن عن مكتب التربية العملية مرتفع، أن مستوى رضاهن عن المشرف الداخلي (عضو هيئة التدريس) مرتفع، وايضا مستوى رضاهن عن روضة التدريب والمدير ما بين مرتفع ومتوسط،وان مستوى رضاهن عن المشرف الخارجي (الموجهه) ما بين مرتفع ومتوسط، وتبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طالبات الفرقة الثالثة وطالبات الفرقة الرابعة في مقياس الرضا عن التدريب الميداني لصالح طالبات الفرقة الرابعة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طالبات الفرقة الثالثة وطالبات الفرقة الرابعة فى الاتجاه المهني للطالبات المعلمات لصالح طالبات الفرقة الرابعة . The aim of the present (recent) study was to measure the satisfaction towards field training and its relationship to the Career direction among the female students at the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood . In order to achieve the study aim, the descriptive curriculum was used to achieve the study results. The study participants (sample) consisted of (177) female students at the third year, and (139) at the fourth year. The study instruments were delimited to the satisfaction towards field training scale(prepared by the researcher), the career direction scale (prepared by the researcher). The study results were that the majority of participants' satisfaction level towards the field training office was high, their satisfaction towards the internal supervisor (staff member) was high, their satisfaction towards the nursery training and the director was between high and medium, their satisfaction towards the exterior supervisor was between high and medium. It was illustrated that there were statistically significant differences between the third and fourth year female students in the satisfaction towards field training scale in favor of the fourth year, and that there were statistically significant differences between the third and fourth year female students towards the career direction in favor of the fourth year | ||
