| Abstract | ||
| Environmental accounting has a role in protecting the environment, and in achieving this role, it was necessary to find an appropriate tool for measuring environmental costs and including them in the financial statements to obtain business results with real values that reflect reality. Therefore, this research aims to verify the possibility of the impact of accounting measurement and disclosure of environmental costs and their impact on value. Additives for manufacturing organizations, and to achieve this goal, data were collected and analyzed to test the relationship between the research variables, considering the accounting measurement and disclosure of environmental costs (a variable) and value-added (as a dependent variable). It was found that most of the establishments face many problems related to measuring and analyzing environmental costs, especially in light of the increasing interest by various parties in identifying and measuring these costs and disclosing them in the financial statements, as traditional accounting used to hide environmental costs within the elements of indirect costs, which results in inaccurate information and making wrong decisions. The research results showed that when testing a hypothesis: Ignoring the impact of accounting measurement and disclosure of environmental costs by manufacturing organizations leads to misleading results for the accounting information system, which affects the added value and investment decisions in pricing and planning policies. Therefore, the research was divided into three axes, the first axis: is the general framework of the research; the second axis: is accounting measurement and disclosure and environmental costs; and the third axis: is a proposed model for accounting indicators to measure environmental costs and their effects on the added value of manufacturing operations. إن للمحاسبة البيئية دوراً في حماية البيئة ولتحقيق هذا الدور كان لابد من إيجاد الأداة المناسبة لقياس التكاليف البيئية وإدراجها في القوائم المالية بهدف الحصول على نتائج الأعمال بقيم حقيقية تعبرعن الواقع وبالتالي فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى التحقق من أهمية القياس والافصاح المحاسبي للتكاليف البيئية وتأثيرها علي القيمة المضافة للمنظمات التصنيعية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تجميع البيانات وتحليلها بغرض إختبار العلاقه بين متغيرات البحث بإعتبار ان القياس والإفصاح المحاسبي للتكاليف البيئية (متغير) والقيمة المضافة (كمتغير تابع). وقد تبين أن أغلب المنشأت تواجه العديد من المشكلات الخاصة بقياس وتحليل التكاليف البيئية خاصة في ظل الاھتمام المتزايد من قبل الجھات المختلفة بتحديد وقياس ھذه التكاليف والإفصاح عنھا ضمن القوائم المالية حيث كانت المحاسبة التقليدية تخفي التكاليف البيئية ضمن عناصر التكاليف غير المباشرة مما ينتج عنھا معلومات غير دقيقة واتخاذ قرارات خاطئة وقد أوضحت نتائج البحث من خلال ذلك عند اختبار فرضية مفادها: إغفال المنظمات التصنيعية أثر القياس والإفصاح المحاسبي للتكاليف البيئية يؤدي لنتائج مضلله لنظام المعلومات المحاسبية مما يؤثر علي القيمة المضافة والقرارات الإستثمارية في سياسات التسعير والتخطيط. لذلك تم تقسيم البحث إلي ثلاثة محاور، المحور الأول: الأطار العام للبحث، المحور الثاني: القياس والافصاح المحاسبي والتكاليف البيئي المحور الثالث: نموذج مقترح لمؤشرات محاسبية لقياس التكاليف البيئية وتأثيرها علي القيمة المضافة للعمليات التصنيعية. | ||
