| Abstract | ||
| The furniture industry in Damietta Governorate has recently witnessed many obstacles that have occurred in this industry and negatively affected this profession and led to weakness in marketing furniture products and stagnation in the buying and selling movement. As traditional marketing methods are no longer effective enough to face market challenges and successive waves of economic recession, which is reflected in the ability of this profession to continue. Social media marketing is one of the most important ways which market furniture products, and it has become indispensable in the current era, especially considering the technological development that the world. the main problem of the research was: Does social media marketing help owners of workshops and factories in promoting furniture products in Damietta? The research aims to measure the effectiveness of social media in marketing furniture products in Damietta Governorate. the importance of the research lies in highlighting the importance of social media marketing for the manufacturer and the consumer, creating new marketing horizons for furniture manufacturers, and restoring the Damietta furniture product to its place in the local and global industry map. A set of statistical results were reached by conducting a survey. A set of results and recommendations that help increase awareness of the importance of social media in marketing furniture products have been reached in Damietta Governorate, which has become indispensable in the era of technology, especially considering the changes the world has gone through, and the creation of a new thought in the world of marketing. | ||
