| Abstract | ||
| This research aimed mainly at identifying the degree of existence of some problems facing agricultural engineers working in the dissemination of agricultural legislation in the field of protecting agricultural lands among the farmers of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, by identifying the personal, social, psychological and communication variables characteristic of the surveyed engineers, and determining the degree of dissemination of these agricultural legislation Finally, determining the extent to which these problems exist in their various forms, and the respondents' suggestions to confront these problems. The data was collected during the first quarter of 2023 through a questionnaire with a personal interview of a regular random sample of agricultural engineers in the center of Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, which was determined using the Kreisje and Morgan equation. It consisted of 180 agricultural engineers, and after quantitative processing of the data, the tabular presentation, frequencies and percentages were relied upon. The most important results indicated that: - Nearly half of the respondents (45%) had a low to medium degree of implementation of agricultural legislation. - Problems related to human resources came at the forefront of the problems that face and impede work in the field of land protection, while organizational problems are at the back of these problems in terms of their degree of presence. - Proposals for solving organizational problems for work in the field of land protection came at the forefront of the proposals mentioned by the respondents, while proposals for solving security problems came at the back of those proposals. | ||
