| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على استراتيجية K.W.L لتنمية مهارات إنتاج العمل في مسرح الطفل لدى الطالبة المعلِّمة بقسم رياض الأطفال – جامعة الأزهر في ضوء التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030؛ حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طالبة معلِّمة (30 ضابطة، 30 تجريبية) من قسم رياض أطفال جامعة الأزهر الفرقة الثالثة، واستخدمت الباحثة في الدراسة الحالية المنهج التجريبي الذي يعتمد على وجود مجموعة (ضابطة ومجموعة أخرى تجريبية) مستخدمةً القياس القبلي والبعدي لأدوات الدراسة، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات الآتية وهي (مقياس مهارات إنتاج العمل في مسرح الطفل - البرنامج التدريبي المستخدم في الدراسة- وجميعهم من إعداد الباحثة. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج SPSS توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج الآتية وهي: فاعلية برنامج الدراسة في تنمية بعض مهارات إنتاج العمل في مسرح الطفل لدى الطالبة المعلِّمة بقسم رياض الأطفال – جامعة الأزهر في ضوء التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030، كما توصلت الباحثة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين متوسطي درجات القياس القبلي والبعدي لصالح البعدي لدى المجموعة التجريبية. The current study aimed to find out the effectiveness of a training program based on the K.W.L strategy for developing the skills of producing work in the children's theater for the student teacher in the Kindergarten Department - Al-Azhar University in the light of sustainable development and Egypt's vision 2030, where the study sample consisted of (60) student teachers (30 female officers, 30 experimental) from the Kindergarten Department of Al-Azhar University, the third division, and the researcher used in the current study the experimental approach, which depends on the presence of a group (a control group and another experimental group) using the pre and post measurement of the study tools, and the researcher used the following tools(Measurement of work production skills in the child's theater - the training program used in the study - all of them prepared by the researcher. After statistical treatment through the SPSS program, the researcher reached the following results, namely the effectiveness of the study program in developing some work production skills in the child's theater for the student teacher in the Kindergarten department Children - Al-Azhar University in the light of sustainable development and Egypt's vision 2030. The researcher also found that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre and post measurement in favor of the post measurement for the experimental group. | ||
