| Abstract | ||
| تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي التعرف علي دور برنامج تكافل وكرامة في تعزيز الاندماج الاجتماعي للفئات الفقيرة ،والتعرف علي نوعية المشكلات التي تعاني منها الفئات الفقيرة قبل الاستفادة من مساعدات برنامج تكافل وكرامة ، كما تهدف الي رصد أنواع الرعاية الاجتماعية التي تقدمها برنامج تكافل وكرامة للأسر الفقيرة بالإضافة الي التعرف علي مظاهر الاندماج الاجتماعي للفئات الفقيرة في إطار برنامج تكافل وكرامة.وتبرز أهمية هذه الدراسة في وقف توريث الفقر للأجيال القادمة وتوسيع نطاق الاحتواء الاجتماعي من خلال تقديم دعم نقدي للأسر الفقيرة، ولحمايتهم وتعزيز رأس المال البشري في مجال الصحة والتعليم وإدماج المستفيدين في الانشطة الانتاجية المختلفة وتنمية مجتمعاتهم والمشاركة في الحياة العامة . و الدراسة وصفية تحليلية استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة تم اختيار مجموعة من الاسر الفقيرة المستفيدة وعددها (70) أسرة مستفيدة من خدمات تكافل وكرامة الملتحقين بوحدة الشئون الاجتماعية بمنشاة سلطان كما تم اختيار (30) أسرة متنوعة لعمل دراسة الحالة متعمقة من الاسر المستفيدين من برنامج تكافل وكرامة بوحدة الشئون الاجتماعية بمنشاة سلطان بمركز منوف من واقع سجلات الوحدة بهدف الكشف عن دور برنامج تكافل وكرامة في تعزيز الاندماج الاجتماعي لهؤلاء الاسر والتعرف علي المشكلات التي يعانون منها ونوعية المساعدات التي يحصلون عليها وهل أدت هذه المساعدات إلي اندماج هؤلاء الاسر في المجتمع وتحسين مستوي المعيشة لهم وذلك من خلال تطبيق دليل مقابلة مقننه لهم ، وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة علي مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها تنوع الفئات المستفيدة من برنامج تكافل وكرامة وهم الايتام والارامل واسر المسجونين والاسر المهجورة العائل والاسر التي لديها أطفال من سن 1الي 18 سنه ،والعاجز الذي يعجز عن العمل ،والمريض والطفل المعاق والمسن ، كما اسفرت نتائج الدراسة بتعدد المشكلات الاجتماعية التي تعاني منها هذه الفئة قبل الدخول في برنامج تكافل وكرامة وكان في المرتبة الاولي هي زيادة عدد حجم الاسرة ونسبتها 57،14% والتي أشادت بأن الدولة لجأت لحمايتهم من براثين الفقر وزيادة فرص الحصول علي الخدمات الاجتماعية ضد المخاطر، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة بتنوع أوجه الرعاية المقدمة من برنامج تكافل وكرامة بمنشأة سلطان ما بين رعاية (اجتماعية –اقتصادية – صحية – تعليمية ) وكانت في المرتبة الاولي من اوجه الرعاية الاجتماعية هي توفير دخل ثابت شهريا ، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة بتعدد المؤشرات التي ساعدت إلي تحسين حياتهم واحوالهم المعيشية لهذه الفئة المستفيدة وتوسيع نطاق الاحتواء الاجتماعي لهم وتعزيز ادماجهم في المجتمع ، وقد أوصت الدراسة زيادة الدعم المادي المقدم لهم بحيث يتم تقيم عملية الدعم ومقداره بناء علي متطلبات الحياة المعيشية للفئات المستفيدة. Takaful and Karma Program and their Role in Promoting the Social Integration of Poor Groups.The current study aims to identify the role of the Takaful and Karama program in promoting the social integration of poor groups And identifying the types of problems that the poor groups suffer from before benefiting from the assistance of the Takaful and Karama Program. How much it aims to monitor the types of social care provided by the Takaful and Karama program to poor families In addition to identifying the manifestations of social integration of the poor groups within the framework of the Solidarity and Dignity Program The importance of this study is highlighted in stopping the inheritance of poverty for future generations and expanding the scope of social inclusion by providing cash support to poor families. And to protect them and enhance human capital in the field of health and education and the integration of beneficiaries in various productive activities and the development of their communities and participation in public life. The study is descriptive and analytical. It used the social survey method by sample. A group of poor beneficiary families, numbering (70) families, were selected, benefiting from the services of solidarity and dignity, who are enrolled in the Social Affairs Unit in the Sultan facility. (30) Diverse families were selected to conduct an in-depth case study of the beneficiaries of the Takaful and Karama program at the Social Affairs Unit in the Sultan facility in the Menouf Center from the unit’s records. With the aim of revealing the role of the Takaful and Karama program in promoting the social integration of these families And identifying the problems they suffer from, the quality of the assistance they receive, and whether this assistance led to the integration of these families into society and the improvement of their standard of living, through the application of a standardized interview guide for them. Results of the study also indicated the diversity of the aspects of care provided by the Takaful and Karama program at the Sultan facility between (social - economic - health - educational) cares. The first aspect of social care was the provision of a fixed monthly income. The results of the study also reached a number of indicators that helped improve their lives and living conditions for this beneficiary group, expand the scope of social inclusion for them, and enhance their integration into society. The study recommended increasing the financial support provided to them so that the support process and its amount are evaluated based on the requirements of the living life of the beneficiary groups. | ||
