| Abstract | ||
| The study discussed the publishing of juridical awards, with a focus on publishing the Egyptian Cassation Court awards as a model, it attempted to identify the process of publishing awards, and the most important outputs of that process . it study also used the case study approach in order to support the process of publishing collections in their traditional and electronic forms to find out the advantages of this publishing. It used questionnaires for evaluating the use of databases of the Egyptian Cassation Court by the beneficiaries. The study revealed the role of the technical office of the Egyptian Cassation Court in publishing judgments and databases of the Egyptian Cassation Court. The study presented several recommendations, the most important of which are: developing the databases available in the Cassation Court, such as increasing the search elements available for searching in databases from the fields of databases to increase the effectiveness of the search and facilitate access to information by the beneficiaries, such as activating the search with “the scope of validity, the status of validity. | ||
