| Abstract | ||
| تهدف الدراسة إلي تصميم هيكل تنظيمي لوحدة إدارية مقترحة لمكافحة الإدمان والتعاطي بمراكز الشباب، وأستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتمثلت العينة في (٢٨٨) فرد من (العاملين والمتطوعين بصندوق مكافحة وعلاج الإدمان والتعاطي، العاملين بمراكز الشباب من المديرين والأخصائيين الرياضيين والاجتماعيين بمحافظة البحيرة)، وكانت أهم النتائج التوصل لرؤية ورسالة وأهداف الوحدة الإدارية المقترحة، والتوصيف الوظيفي للهيكل التنظيمي الخاص بالوحدة وسائل الاتصال، أساليب التقييم للعاملين بالوحدة، ويوصي الباحث بتنفيذ الوحدة الإدارية المقترحة. The study aims to design an organizational structure for a proposed administrative unit to combat addiction and abuse in youth centers. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and The questionnaire was also used as a tool for data collection, and The sample consisted of (288) individuals (staff and volunteers at the Fund for Combating and Treating Addiction and Abuse, specialists in youth centers including managers, sports and social specialists in Buhaira Governorate), and the most important results were reaching the vision, mission and objectives of the proposed administrative unit, and job description The organizational structure of the unit, means of communication, evaluation methods for the unit employees, and the researcher recommends the implementation of the proposed administrative unit. | ||
