| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الجدارات الادارية الداعمة لريادة الأعمال والاتجاه نحو العمل الحر وتمكين الشباب الجامعي, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة أساسية قوامها (377) طالب وطالبة في المرحلة العمرية من (18: أقل من 24) سنة من جامعات حكومية وخاصة وكليات نظرية وعملية مختلفة، يعملوا بجانب الدراسة او لا يعملوا بجانب الدراسة وفي مراحل جامعية مختلفة (الفرقة الثانية والثالثة والرابعة)، ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة., وإشتملت أدوات البحث على إستمارة البيانات العامة، واستبيان الجدارات الادارية الداعمة لريادة الأعمال للشباب الجامعى, واستبيان اتجاه الشباب الجامعي نحو العمل الحر, واستبيان تمكين الشباب الجامعى، وإتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلى. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن 57.3% من شباب عينة البحث سمعوا عن ريادة الأعمال، وان نسبة 79.3% لم يستخدموا في نادى ريادة الأعمال بالجامعة، وان أغلب شباب عينة البحث لم يتلقوا دورات تخص ريادة الأعمال بنسبة 83.9%، وأن أكثر من نصف العينة بنسبة 52.2% درسوا مقررات عن ريادة الأعمال، وأن نسبة 58.8% من شباب عينة البحث يفصلون الالتحاق بالقطاع الحكومي أو العام بعد تخرجهم من الجامعة، وكان في الترتيب الاول لاسباب ميولهم للعمل في القطاع الحكومي هو ضمان مرتب ثابت أو دخل منظم، أما بالنسبة لأكثر أسباب تفضيل بعض العينة للعمل في القطاع الخاص كان حرية اختيار العمل في الترتيب الاول، وكان أكثر الاسباب التي تجعل شباب عينة البحث الابتعاد عن التفكير في العمل لحسابهم الخاص هو الخوف من المخاطرة في الترتيب الاول، وكان أكثر من نصف عينة البحث من الشباب الجامعي يفضلون البدء في العمل الخاص عند توافر الدعم المالى بنسبة 56.4%، وأن مستوى وعى الشباب الجامعي عينة البحث بالجدارات الادارية الداعمة لريادة الأعمال كان متوسط بنسبة 51.1%، ويأتى من حيث الاهمية الجدارات الذاتية في الترتيب الاول، ويليها الجدارات القيادية في الترتيب الثاني، ثم الجدارات المهنية في الترتيب الثالث، وأن مستوى اتجاه الشباب عينة البحث نحو العمل الحر كان اتجاه ايجابى بنسبة 44.2%، وكان من حيث الاهمية البعد الوجداني في الترتيب الأول، ويليه البعد المعرفي في التريب الثاني، ثم البعد السلوكي في الترتيب الثالث، وأن مستوى وعى الشباب الجامعي عينة البحث بالتمكين كان مستوى منخفض بنسبة 46.8% ويأتى من حيث الاهمية التمكين الاجتماعي في الترتيب الاول، يليه التمكين الاقتصادي في الترتيب الثاني بالنسبة لعينة البحث, كما أوضحت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في محاور الجدارات الادارية الداعمة لريادة الأعمال للشباب الجامعي عينة البحث تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة, ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاه الشباب الجامعي عينة البحث نحو العمل الحر تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة, ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تمكين الشباب الجامعي عينة البحث تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة, كذلك وجدت علاقة ارتباطية بين الجدارات الادارية الداعمة لريادة الأعمال بمحاورها وأبعاد كلا من الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر وتمكين الشباب عند مستوى دلالة تراوح بين (0.01), كما تبين أن الجدارات القيادية هو العامل الأكثر تأثيراً في تفسير التباين في الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر بنسبة 79%, كما تبين أيضا أن الجدارات الادارية الداعمة لريادة الأعمال ككل هو العامل الأكثر تأثيراً في تفسير التباين في تمكين الشباب بنسبة 78% وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز مبادئ وأصول الريادة والتطبيق العملي لها أثناء الدراسة وتضمينها بالمناهج الدراسية في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة، وخاصة في مراكز التدريب المهني وفي المدارس المهنية ، وتضمين المناهج الدراسية الجامعية المحتويات اللازمة لتعزيز خصائص الريادة والإبداع والعمل الحر لدى الطلبة المقبلين على سوق العمل عند تخرجهم من هذه المؤسسات. The research aims to study the relationship between the administrative competencies that support entrepreneurship and the trend towards self-employment and the empowerment of university youth. Different, working alongside the study or not working alongside the study and in different university stages (the second, third and fourth year), and from different social and economic levels., The research tools included a general data questionnaire, a questionnaire of administrative competencies supporting entrepreneurship for university youth, and a questionnaire of the university youth’s attitude towards Self-employment, university youth empowerment questionnaire, and the research followed the descriptive analytical approach. The results of the research concluded that 57.3 % of the youth of the research sample had heard about entrepreneurship, and that the percentage of 79.3 % had not been used in the entrepreneurship club at the university, and that most of the youth of the research sample had not received courses related to entrepreneurship at a rate of 83.9%, and that more than half of the sample had a percentage of 52.2 % have studied courses on entrepreneurship, and 58.8% of the youth in the research sample decide to join the government or public sector after graduating from university. And it was in the first place for the reasons for their inclination to work in the government sector is the guarantee of a fixed salary or an organized income. Self-employed is the fear of risk in the first place, and more than half of the research sample of university youth prefer to start private work when financial support is available at a rate of 56.4%, And that the level of awareness of the university youth, the research sample, of the administrative competences supporting entrepreneurship was an average of 51.1%, and comes in terms of importance the self-competences in the first order, followed by the leadership competencies in the second order, then the professional competences in the third order, and that the level of orientation of the youth of the research sample towards work The heat was a positive trend with a percentage of 44.2 %, and it was in terms of importance the emotional dimension in the first order, followed by the cognitive dimension in the second training, then the behavioral dimension in the third order, And that the level of awareness of university youth, the research sample, about empowerment was a low level of 46.8 %, and social empowerment comes in the first order in terms of importance, followed by economic empowerment in the second order for the research sample. The study recommended the need to strengthen the inclusion in the curricula of the various educational stages, especially in vocational training centers and in vocational schools, the principles and principles of leadership and the practical application of them during the study, and the university curricula include the contents necessary to enhance the characteristics of irrigation.
