| The research aimed to know the impact of digital transformation on the development of the Egyptian National Post Organization, as well as to identify the impact of digital transformation on achieving sustainable development goals (economic-social-technological), as well as studying the impact of digital transformation on improving the performance of postal services provided to customers, and to achieve the objectives of In the research, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the executives of the Egyptian National Post Organization, as well as to a sample of some Egyptian postal customers. The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach to complete the research, as well as appropriate statistical tests to test the validity of hypotheses and answer the research questions. The results of the research indicate that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between digital transformation and the development of the performance of the Egyptian National Post Organization. The results of the research concluded with some recommendations, the most important of which are: Work to provide and use the best electronic applications that facilitate and facilitate the provision of postal services digitally to all customers in the fastest time and with high quality, as well as the use of a statistical program to analyze indicators of digital transformation to identify the economic and technological benefits and benefits. achieved social. | ||
