| Abstract | ||
| The main objective of this research is to determine the effect of the Corona pandemic on the costs of banking services, as well as to analyze the cost of banking services, as well as to study the impact of the Corona pandemic on improving the quality of banking services provided to customers, to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to officials Executives and employees in the banking services departments of the National Bank of Egypt. the "researchers" used the analytical descriptive approach to complete the research, as well as appropriate statistical tests to test the validity of the hypotheses and answer the research questions, and the research results concluded that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the Corona pandemic and reducing the costs of banking services The results show that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship between the Corona pandemic and the improvement of the quality of banking services. Digital transformation in providing banking services to customers in a sustainable manner. | ||
