| Abstract | ||
| The architectural heritage is considered a valuable architectural and cultural national wealth that connects the society in the modern era that is characterized by globalization and modernity with its historical roots, as it reflects the extent of the ingenuity of the ancients in architecture and building arts and in dealing with and preserving the surrounding environment. Where the Gaza Strip is exposed to a set of variables that negatively affect the reality of the urban heritage and the buildings of value in it and cause many risks to it. From here, the study problem emerged in the necessary need to analyze and evaluate the risks to which the architectural heritage is exposed as a result of the continuous threats to the surrounding environment, which result in a change in the patterns of the urban environment. The study aimed to analyze and assess the reality of the risks facing the architectural heritage in the Gaza Strip; This is done by following the descriptive analytical approach, where the researcher described the risks, and their effects were analyzed, in addition to the policy approach, international standards, and mechanisms for analyzing and evaluating the risks of architectural heritage according to a scale designed by the researcher to measure the extent of the extent of the risk. The study concluded that wars and continuous disasters are among the highest causes of risks affecting the architectural heritage, and the researcher recommended the need to prepare a national guide to manage these risks in the Gaza Strip. يعد التراث المعماري ثروة قومية معمارية وحضارية ثمينة تربط المجتمع في العصر الحديث المتسم بالعولمة والحداثة بجذوره التاريخية، حيث يعكس مدى براعة القدماء في العمارة وفنون البناء والتعامل مع البيئة المحيطة والحفاظ عليها، ويتعرض هذا التراث لمجموعة كبيرة من المخاطر الطبيعية أو بفعل البشر وتختلف من منطقة لأخرى، حيث يتعرض قطاع غزة لمجموعة من المتغيرات التي تؤثر سلباً على واقع التراث المعماري والمباني ذات القيمة فيه وتسبب الكثير من المخاطر له. من هنا برزت المشكلة الدراسية في الحاجة الضرورية لتحليل وتقييم المخاطر التي يتعرض لها التراث المعماري نتيجة التهديدات المستمرة للبيئة المحيطة والتي ينتج عنها تغيير في أنماط البيئة العمرانية. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم واقع المخاطر التي تواجه التراث المعماري في قطاع غزة ؛ وذلك من خلال اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث وصف الباحث المخاطر، وتم تحليل آثارها بالإضافة إلى منهج السياسات والمعايير العالمية وآليات تحليل وتقييم مخاطر التراث المعماري وفق مقياس صممه الباحث لقياس مدي حجم قدر الخطر. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الحروب والكوارث المستمرة هي من أعلى مسببات المخاطر المؤثرة على التراث المعماري، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة إعداد دليل وطني لإدارة هذه المخاطر في قطاع غزة. | ||
