| Abstract | ||
| The cancellation of most schools and educational institutions due to the Corona virus had an impact on the development of planning theories, rates and standards of educational services, and the research devises a number of future perceptions and designs expected to occur on the elements of designing and planning educational services after the Corona pandemic, through which the impact of the Corona crisis on rates was visualized Planning and architectural for educational services through four scenarios,(Total reliance on information technology to provide educational services- Integrating information technology into the educational process- Useing of information technology as an aid to the traditional methods of providing educational services- current situation- No relying on information technology in providing educational services). The research emphasizes the impact of the elements of the educational process by using information technology, and the planning and architectural rates of educational services are affected by the elements of the educational process, which leads to the need for a mutual effect between information technology and the planning and architectural rates of educational services, and for example, the effect on the rate of walking distance and the scope of service , Where we find that the average walking distance and service range have been canceled when relying on the first scenario for educational service provision, while dependence on it will decrease to almost half when relying on the second scenario, while dependence on it will increase according to the fourth scenario. كان لإلغاء معظم المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية بسبب فيروس كورونا تأثير على تطوير نظريات التخطيط ومعدلات ومعايير الخدمات التعليمية ، ويستنبط البحث عددًا من التصورات والتصاميم المستقبلية المتوقع حدوثها على عناصر التصميم و تخطيط الخدمات التعليمية بعد وباء كورونا والتي من خلالها تم معرفة تأثير أزمة كورونا على المعدلات التخطيطية والمعمارية للخدمات التعليمية من خلال أربعة سيناريوهات (الاعتماد الكلي على تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتقديم الخدمات التعليمية - دمج تقنية المعلومات في العملية التعليمية - استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات كعامل مساعد للطرق التقليدية لتقديم الخدمات التعليمية ) الوضع الحالي( - عدم الاعتماد على تقنية المعلومات في تقديم الخدمات التعليمية). يؤكد البحث على تأثر عناصر العملية التعليمية باستخدام تقنية المعلومات ، وتتأثر المعدلات التخطيطية والمعمارية للخدمات التعليمية بعناصر العملية التعليمية ، مما يؤدي إلى ضرورة وجود أثر متبادل بين تقنية المعلومات و المعدلات التخطيطية والمعمارية للخدمات التعليمية ، وعلى سبيل المثال التأثير على معدل مسافة السير ونطاق الخدمة ، حيث وجدنا أنه تم إلغاء متوسط مسافة السير ونطاق الخدمة عند الاعتماد على السيناريو الأول لتقديم الخدمة التعليمية بينما الاعتماد عليه سينخفض إلى النصف تقريبًا عند الاعتماد على السيناريو الثاني ، بينما الاعتماد عليه سيزداد وفقًا للسيناريو الرابع. | ||
