| Abstract | ||
| المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور أخلاقيات المهنة فى تنمية التفکير الإيجابى لدى معلمات الأطفال القابلين للتعلم ، تکون مجتمع الدراسة من شريحة قوامها (25) من معلمات الأطفال القابلين للتعلم، بمتوسط عمر(22.30) سنة. و اللآتي تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية للمشارکة في الدراسة، وقد تم تطبيق مقياسى أخلاقيات المهنة والتفکير الإيجابى (إعداد الباحثة) على عينة الدراسة، وکانت النتائج تشير إلى أن هناک علاقة إيجابية بين أخلاقيات المهنة والتفکير الإيجابى بوجه عام لدى عينة الدراسة، وعلى وجه الخصوص توجد علاقة إيجابية قوية بين الکفاية المهنة والتفکير الإيجابى، کذلک توجد علاقة إيجابية قوية بين الإنماء المهنى وتطوير المهارات والتفکير الإيجابى، وعليه فتطبيق المعلمات لأخلاقيات المهنة فى العمل مع الأطفال القابلين للتعلم يسهم في تنمية التفکير الإيجابى لديهن مما يساعد على تخطى الصعوبات مع الأطفال بل وتنمية الإبداع لديهم، وهذا ما يصبو إليه فى العملية التعليمية. Abstract: The study aims to identify the role of professional ethics indeveloping positive thinking among the teachers of children who are able to learn. The study population consists of (25) teachers of children who are able to learn with an average age of (22.30) years. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the ethics of the profession and positive thinking in general in the sample of the study. In particular, there is a relationship between the ethics of the profession and positive thinking in the sample of the study. And positive thinking. There is also a strong positive relationship between professional development and the development of skills and positive thinking. Therefore, applying the parameters to the ethics of the profession in working with children who are able to learn contributes to the development of positive thinking, Difficulties with children, and even developing their creativity, and this is what they aspire to in the educational process. | ||
