| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة العلاقة بين معوقات عمل القيادات النسائية بمحاورها(معوقات أسرية ، معوقات اجتماعية ، معوقات مهنية) وتحمل المسؤلية الأسرية بأبعادها( المسؤلية الأسرية تجاه الزوج ، المسؤلية الأسرية تجاه الأبناء) ، كما يهدف إلي تحديد طبيعة الاختلافات بين القيادات النسائية عينة البحث في كل من معوقات عمل القيادات النسائية بمحاورهاو وتحمل المسؤلية الأسرية بأبعادها تبعاً (لمستوى دخل الاسرة، لسن ربة الأسرة ، لمدة الزواج ) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) من ربات الأسر القياديات من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة وتم اختيارهن بطريقة غرضية ، وتكونت أدوات البحث من استمارة البيانات العامة لربة الأسرة، استبيان معوقات عمل القيادات النسائية بمحاورها وتحمل المسؤلية الأسرية بأبعادها ، وبعد تجميع هذه البيانات تم تصنيفها وتبويبها واستخدام المعاملات الاحصائية المناسبة ببرنامج spss وصولاً إلى النتائج ، واتبع في البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين معوقات عمل القيادات النسائية ككل لربات الأسر عينة البحث فى تحمل المسؤلية الأسرية ككل ،لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات القيادات النسائية بالريف والحضر في كل من معوقات عمل القيادات النسائية بمحاورهاو وتحمل المسؤلية الأسرية بأبعادها ،لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائياً بين القيادات النسائية عينة البحث في كل من معوقات عمل القيادات النسائية بمحاورهاو وتحمل المسؤلية الأسرية بأبعادها تبعاً لمستوى دخل الاسرة، لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائياً بين القيادات النسائية عينة البحث في معوقات عمل القيادات النسائية ككل تبعاً لاختلاف مدة الزواج ،لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائياً بين القيادات النسائية عينة البحث في تحمل المسؤلية الأسرية ككل تبعاً لاختلاف مدة الزواج ،لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائياً بين القيادات النسائية عينة البحث في معوقات عمل القيادات النسائية ككل تبعاً لاختلاف سن ربة الأسرة ،لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائياً بين القيادات النسائية عينة البحث في تحمل المسؤلية الأسرية ككل تبعاً لاختلاف سن ربة الأسرة. وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات والتي كانت أهمها إشراك المرأة في وضع الأنظمة والقواعد المتعلقة بعملها واعطائها صلاحيات موسعة إضافة لإتاحة الفرص لرفع قدراتها وتحسين إمكانياتها في العمل ، توجية وسائل الاعلام للحد من الدور الإعلامي السلبي الذي يصور المرأة على أنها عاطفية وشديدة الحساسية ولا تصلح بالتالي للقيادة، وتتكثيف البرامج الإعلامية الموجهة لتسليط الضوء على القيادات النسائية المتميزة ، القيام بورش عمل من قبل الأخصائيين تستهدف القيادات النسائية لتبصيرها بحقوقها، وتعزيز قدرتهيا للموازنة بين عملها ومسؤلياتها الأسرية ، تسليط الضوء على أهمية تحمل المسؤولية الأسرية لما لها من أثر على الصحة النفسية لدى الأشخاص بشكل عام وعلى الأمن الأسري والمجتمع وذلك من خلال الّندوات والمحاضرات والبرامج التدريبية The research aims to study the relationship between obstacles a job leaders Feminism in its axes (family obstacles, social obstacles, obstacles within work) and bearing family responsibility in its dimensions (family responsibility towards the husband, family responsibility towards the children) , and it also aims to determine the nature of the differences between leaders Women's research sample in each of the constraints a job leaders Women's axes and bearing family responsibility in its dimensions depending on ( the level of family income , the age of the head of the family, the duration of marriage). The study sample consisted of (150) female leaders of families from different social and economic levels. It was chosen in a purposive manner, and the research tools consisted of a general data form for the head of the household, an obstacles questionnaire, a job leaders Women in its aspects and bearing family responsibility in its dimensions . After collecting this data, it was classified and tabulated and the appropriate statistical coefficients were used in the program spss In order to reach the results, the research followed the descriptive analytical approach. One of the most important results of the study was the presence of a statistically significant negative correlation at the significance level of 0.01 between obstacles The work of women leaders as a whole for the heads of families in the research sample in assuming family responsibility as a whole. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the leaders. women in both rural and urban areas handicaps a job leaders Feminism in its aspects and bearing family responsibility in its dimensions, there is no statistically significant difference between the leaders Women's research sample in each of the constraints a job leaders Feminism in its aspects and bearing family responsibility in its dimensions depending on the level of family income . The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which were involving women in setting regulations and rules related to their work and giving them expanded powers in addition to providing opportunities to raise their capabilities and improve their capabilities at work , directing the media to reduce the negative media role that portrays women as emotional, highly sensitive, and unfit for reform . Therefore, leadership, intensifying media programs directed to highlight distinguished women leaders, conducting workshops by specialists targeting women leaders to inform them of their rights , enhancing their ability to balance their work and family responsibilities, highlighting the importance of assuming responsibility. The family because of its impact on the psychological health of people in general and on family security and society , through seminars , lectures and training programmes . | ||
