| Abstract | ||
| المستخلص : هدف هذا البحث إلى الکشف عن إمکانية تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية ودورها في رفع المستوى التحصيلي للطلاب، والتوصل إلى مقترحات لتفعيل الممارسات المهنية لدى المعلمين لتطبيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية. کما هدف البحث إلى معرفة ما إذا کانت هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين تقديرات أفراد عينة البحث تعزى للمتغيرات التالية: (المرحلة التعليمية، النوع الاجتماعي المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة ). ولتحقيق تلک الأهداف؛ تم تحليل الادب النظري المتعلق بموضوع البحث، وبناء أداة البحث وهي عبارة عن استبانة مکونة من (45) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، وُزّعت على (127) معلّما من المعلمين الأوائل في الحلقتين الثانية والثالثة ( التعليم ما بعد الأساسي). وقد توصل البحث إلى أن الممارسات المهنية في الحقل التربوي من وجهة نظر المعلمين الأوائل على جميع محاور الاستبانة تفتح المجال لإمکانية تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية لخدمة التحصيل الدراسي. کما توصل البحث إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في تقديرات أفراد العينة. وفي ضوء تحليل نتائج البحث تم التوصل إلى عدد من المقترحات والتوصيات التي تساعد على تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية لتطوير الممارسات المهنية لدى المعلمين وإدارة المدرسة وتطويعها لرفع المستوى التحصيلي للطلاب، مثل: توظيف إستراتيجية مجتمعات التعلم المهنية لدعم عملية التحسين المستمر للمدرسة. Abstract The aim of this research is to explore the applicability of professional learning communities and their role in raising the achievement level of students the aim is also to reach suggestions to incentivize the professional practices of teachers in applying professional learning communities. The aim of the research was to find out whether there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the estimates of the sample members due to the following variables: (educational stage, gender, scientific qualification, years of experience). In order to achieve these objectives, the theoretical literature on the subject of the research was analyzed and the research tool was constructed. It consists of (45) paragraphs divided into three themes, distributed to (127) of the best teachers in the second and third cycles. (Post-primary education) .The research found that professional practices in the field of education, from the point of view of the primary teachers, on all themes of inquiry, open the opportunity for the application of professional learning communities to serve the educational achievement.The study also found that there were statistically significant differences in level (0.05) in the estimates of the sample members. In the scope of the analysis of the results of the research, a number of suggestions and recommendations have been reached that help to apply professional learning communities to the development of professional practices of teachers and the management of the school and to adapt them to raise the level of achievement of students such as: employ the strategy of professional learning communities to support the process of continuous improvement of the school. | ||
