| Abstract | ||
| المستخلص : هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مفهوم العنف المدرسي وأسبابه، ومفهوم المحاسبية التعليمية وآليات تطبيقها ، ووضع تصور لمواجهة العنف المدرسي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في ضوء المحاسبية التعليمية ، واستخدمت استبانتين طبق الاول على العاملين بالمدرسة الثانوية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بالغربية وسوهاج وکان عددهم (296) والاخر على طلاب المدارس الثانوية وکان عددهم (477 طالب). وتوصلت لوضع تصور لمواجهة العنف المدرسي بالمدرسة الثانوية على النحو التالي :هدف التصور : نشر ثقافة المحاسبية التعليمية بين جميع أفراد المجتمع المدرسي بالمدارس الثانوية ، تحديد مسئوليات العاملين بالمدرسة الثانوية بجمهورية مصر العربية بدقة ، و تفعيل مبدأ الثواب والعقاب لجميع العاملين بالمدرسة . آليات تطبيق التصور : ايجاد الانظمة والتشريعات اللازمة لتطبيق المحاسبية التعليمية ، وتوفير أدلة ارشادية والمعلومات التي تساعد على تطبيق المحاسبية التعليمية وانشاء وحدة محاسبية بالمدرسة الثانوية . تنفيذ التصور من خلال الآليات التالية : التوجيه والتفتيش ، التقارير والبيانات الإحصائية ، المراجعة الداخلية ، الاختبارات الشکاوي.معوقات الصور : قلة الصلاحيات الممنوحة للمعلم في اتخاذ قرارته ، عدم وعي أعضاء مجلس الآباء بآليات المحاسبية التعليمية ، ضعف الموارد المادية والبشرية داخل المدرسة . Abstract: The study aimed to identify the concept of school violence and its causes, the concept of educational accountability and the mechanisms of its application, and develop a vision to confront school violence at public secondary schools in the light of educational accountability. The researcher used two questionnaires; the first was applied to the secondary school staff in the Directorate of Education in Gharbeya and Sohag, their number was (296). The second was applied to secondary school students; their number was (477). A conceptualization of secondary school violence was achieved as follows: Objective of the perception: the dissemination of the culture of educational accountability among all members of the school community in secondary schools, to identify the responsibilities of workers in the secondary school in the Arab Republic of Egypt accurately, and activate the principle of reward and punishment for all employees of the school.Mechanisms of application of the conception: to find the necessary regulations and legislation for the application of educational accountability, and provide guidance and information to help the application of educational accountability, and the establishment of an accountability unit in the secondary school.Implementation of conception through the following mechanisms: guidance and inspection, reports and statistical data, internal audit, tests, complaints. Conception constraints: lack of powers given to the teacher in making his decision, the lack of awareness of the members of the Parents’ Council of the educational accountability mechanisms, and the lack of material and human resources within the school | ||
