| المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف مدى تطبيق معلمي العلوم الشرعية بالمرحلة المتوسطة معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمين ومديري المدارس ، وتحديد مدى اختلاف تطبيق معلمي العلوم الشرعية بمطقة حائل معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم باختلاف مدة الخبرة في التعليم ، وکذلک تحديد دلالة الفروق الإحصائية بين المعلمين ومديري المدارس عينة البحث في وجهات نظرهم حول تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم . واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي حيث تم تطبيق استبانة على جميع معلمي العلوم الشرعية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة حائل وعددهم (276) ، وعلى جميع مديري المدارس المتوسطة بالمنطقة وعددهم (96) ، کما تم تطبيق بطاقة ملاحظة على نسبة (15%) من المعلمين لتحديد مدى تطبيقهم لمعايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم . وتوصل البحث لعدة نتائج أهمها : أن مدة الخبرة لاتؤدي إلى فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المعلمين في تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم بالمرحلة المتوسطة ، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيابين معلمي العلوم الشرعية ومديري المدارس بالمرحلة المتوسطة في تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم (فيما يتعلق باستخدام الاستراتيجيات والتقنيات التعليمية ، التعاون مع رؤسائهم وزملائهم والطلاب وأولياء أمورهم ، التنمية المهنية) ، بينما توجد فروق إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 بينهما (فيما يتعلق بتقويم الطلاب ومتابعة نتائج التعلم). وعند مستوى 0.01 (فيما يتعلق بتخطيط وتصميم المواقف التعليمية ، توفير المناخ التعليمي الملائم والتقيد به والحفاظ عليه ، التمکن من المادة العلمية وفهم طبيعتها وتکاملها مع المواد الأخرى ، التقويم الذاتي ، معايير الجودة الشاملة بصورة عامة) Abstract : The aim of the research is to identify the extent to which the teachers of Shari'a sciences at the intermediate stage have applied the comprehensive quality standards in education from the point of view of teachers and principals , determine the extent of difference to which the teachers of the Shari'a sciences apply in Hail the comprehensive quality standards in education according to the duration of the experience in education, as well as determining the significance of the statistical differences between the teachers and principals ( the research sample ) and their views on the application of the comprehensive quality standards in education. The research used the descriptive method , where a questionnaire was applied to all teachers of Shari'a sciences in the intermediate stage in Hail region (N=276) and all middle school principals in the region (N=96).An observation Checklist was also applied to( 15%) from teachers to identify their application of comprehensive Quality standards in Education. The results of the study are as follows: there is no statistically significant difference between teachers and their application of comprehensive standards quality in education according to the duration of experience at middle stage education. There is no statistically significant difference between teachers of Shrai'a sciences teachers and middle school principals in applying the comprehensive standards of quality in education ( using the educational and instructional techniques, cooperating with their supervisors, colleagues, students and their parents, professional development), while there is no statistically significant difference at the level of 0.05 between them (in terms of students assessment and follow-up learning outcomes) and at the level of 0.01 (in terms of planning and designing of instructional situations, providing an appropriate educational atmosphere , mastering the scientific material, understanding its nature and integration with other materials, self-assessment, comprehensive quality standards in general ). | ||
