| Abstract | ||
| هذا البحث دراسة تفسيرية موضوعية لآيات الإنفاق في سورة البقرة، وبيان أثر السياق في معاني هذه الآيات، وقد اهتممت في هذا البحث بإبراز مقاصد الآيات القرآنية موضوع الدراسة، دون الخوض فيما لا يتوقف عليه بيان المعنى، ذلك أن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى توضيح أثر السياق في كل آية ورد ذِكْرُ لفظ الإنفاق فيها ورودًا صريحًا، وبيان ما يعنيه اللفظ في موضعه، وما يتبع ذلك من رَبْط للآيات السابقة واللاحقة مع الآية موضع الدراسة؛ إظهارًا للوحدة الموضوعية بين ألفاظ الإنفاق في السورة الكريمة من جانب، وبينها وبين موضوع السورة الكريمة ككل من جانب آخر، وكذلك ما يترتب على توضيح أثر السياق في الآية من استنباط المقصود بلفظ الإنفاق فيها، أهو الواجب أو المندوب أو صدقة التطوع؟ ، كما تناولت هذه الدراسة الحديث عن الإنفاق المقبول وشروطه، وكذلك أثره العائد على المُنْفِق في الدنيا والآخرة، بما يعزز قيمة التخلق به، وما له كذلك من أثر على المجتمع ككل؛ حيث يعمل على تأسيسه وصيانته وحفظه من كثير من الشرور، متمثلًا ذلك في نَزْعِه الكراهية والحقد والغل والحسد من النفوس، وتأليفه بين القلوب، وربْطِها برباط الأخوة والمحبة والمودة، وتعويدها الإنفاق والبذل والإيثار، وقد توصلت من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى وجوب المبادرة من الإنسان بالإنفاق؛ لأن الأحوال تتغير، والفُرَص تنقضي، كما توصلت إلى أن لفظ الإنفاق بصِيَغِه المتعددة الواردة بالسورة الكريمة قد تناول كل أنواع الإنفاق؛ حيث شمل ما كان من قبيل المفروض منه كالزكاة الواجبة على الإنسان في ماله، وما كان من قبيل التطوع، بل امتد ليشمل أيضًا ماهو من باب الاستعداد للقتال وتجهييز الجيوش. واعتمدت الدراسة في هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وجاءت في مقدمة وتمهيد، وستة مباحث، وخاتمة بها أهم النتائج والتوصيات. This research is an objective explanatory study of the verses on spending in Surah Al-Baqarah, and explaining the effect of context on the meanings of these verses. In this research, I was interested in highlighting the purposes of the Qur’anic verses that are the subject of the study, without delving into what the statement of meaning does not depend on, because this study aims to clarify the effect of context on Every verse in which the word spending is explicitly mentioned, explaining what the word means in its place, and the subsequent linking of the previous and subsequent verses with the verse under study. Demonstrating the objective unity between the words “spending” in the Noble Surah on the one hand, and between them and the subject of the Noble Surah as a whole on the other hand, as well as the consequences of clarifying the effect of context in the verse in deducing what is meant by the word “spending” in it, is it obligatory, recommended, or voluntary charity? This study also discussed acceptable spending and its conditions, as well as its impact on the spender in this world and the hereafter, in a way that enhances the value of being creative with it, and the impact it also has on society as a whole. It works to establish, maintain, and protect it from many evils, which is represented by removing hatred, hatred, malice, and envy from souls, uniting hearts, linking them with the bond of brotherhood, love, and affection, and accustoming them to spending, giving, and altruism. Through this study, I have concluded that it is necessary for a person to take the initiative in spending. Because conditions change, and opportunities pass, and I also concluded that the word “spending” in its multiple forms mentioned in the Noble Surah covers all types of spending. It included what was obligatory, such as the zakat obligatory on a person on his wealth, and what was a matter of volunteering. Rather, it also extended to include what was a matter of preparing for battle and equipping armies. The study in this research relied on the inductive and analytical approach, and consisted of an introduction and introduction, six sections, and a conclusion with the most important results and recommendations. | ||
