| Abstract | ||
| الملخص: يدور هذا البحث حول مشكلة العنف الأسري وطريقة القرآن الكريم في معالجتها، ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز هداية القرآن الكريم في حل المشكلات الحياتية والآفات المجتمعية ومنها مشكلة العنف الأسري، ويتكون البحث من مقدمة، وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة: ففيها بيان أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، ومشكلة البحث، ومنهج البحث، وخطته، والدراسات السابقة. وأما المبحث الأول: فيشتمل على التعريف بالعنف الأسري، وأسبابه، ومظاهره، وآثاره السيئة على الفرد والمجتمع. وأما المبحث الثاني: فيشتمل على منهج القرآن الكريم في علاج العنف بين الأزواج. والمبحث الثالث: أتعرض فيه لبيان منهج القرآن الكريم في علاج العنف المتبادل بين الآباء والأبناء. المبحث الرابع: ويشتمل على بعض جهود المؤسسة الأزهرية في معالجة العنف الأسري. والخاتمة: تشتمل على أهم النتائج والتوصيات. ومن أهم هذه النتائج: أن القرآن الكريم اعتنى بالأسرة عناية فائقة، واهتم بها اهتمامًا بالغًا وأن العنف الأسري سلوك مجرم ومحرم في الشريعة الإسلامية، ولذلك أفتى العلماء والمجامع الفقهية بتحريمه، وذلك لمجافاته مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية في حفظ النفس والعقل، وهو على النقيض من المنهج الرباني القائم على المعاشرة بالمعروف والإحسان والبر، وأن القرآن قدم القرآن الكريم منهجًا شاملًا ومتكاملًا للتعامل مع العنف والنزاعات الأسرية داخل الأسرة سواء بين الآباء والأبناء، أوبين الزوجين في حال إنشاء العلاقة الزوجية، وأثناء قيامها، وعند حدوث النزاع والشقاق، وعند الفراق والطلاق. والبحث مذيل بفهرس للمصادر والمراجع، وفهرس للموضوعات. Abstract: This research revolves around the problem of domestic violence and the method of the Holy Quran in dealing with it. The research aims to highlight the guidance of the Holy Quran in solving life problems and societal ills, including the problem of domestic violence. The research consists of an introduction, four topics, and a conclusion. As for the introduction: it contains a statement of the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, the research problem, the research methodology, its plan, and previous studies. The first topic defines domestic violence, its causes, manifestations, and its bad effects on the individual and society. As for the second topic: it includes the approach of the Holy Qur’an in treating violence among spouses. The third topic presents the statement of the Holy Qur’an approach in treating mutual violence between parents and children. The fourth topic includes some of the efforts of the Al-Azhar Foundation in dealing with domestic violence. The conclusion: includes the most important findings and recommendation, Including that the Holy Qur'an took great care of the family, and paid great attention, and that domestic violence is a criminal and forbidden behavior in Islamic law, and therefore scholars and jurisprudential academies issued fatwas prohibiting it, because it contradicts the purposes of Islamic law in preserving the soul and mind, which is in contrast to the divine approach based on cohabitation with virtue, charity and righteousness, and The Holy Qur'an provides a comprehensive and integrated approach to dealing with violence and family conflicts within the family, whether between parents and children, or between spouses in the event of the establishment of the marital relationship, during its establishment, when conflict and discord occur, and when separation and divorce occur, then an index of sources, references, and topics. | ||
