| Abstract | ||
| Incubators are centers that encourage the embrace of entrepreneurs and their ideas, and transform these ideas into entrepreneurial projects on the ground. Therefore, governments have coordinated with companies in many international practices to create an environment that simulates the work environment to enhance the concept of an economy based on applied knowledge, through what is called business incubators that adopt the innovations and capabilities of entrepreneurs and direct them towards the path that suits their qualities and capabilities, and transfer technology and expertise to share them with new companies led by creative youth who need all kinds of support. Entrepreneurship is a fundamental driver and motivation for changing the culture of society into a business culture. It also represents one of the basic entrances to the economic development of various societies by supporting businessmen, owners of new projects and those with creative ideas, which makes entrepreneurship one of the most important elements of development in modern economies. Business incubators of various types provide many ideas to support entrepreneurs, and a tool to accelerate innovation processes in business, by embracing human energies capable of working and creating. Therefore, business incubators are a tool to enable young creative entrepreneurs to find innovative projects with added value. Therefore, the most successful economies are those capable of creating a mix of innovative entrepreneurs and large companies and institutions. Focusing on entrepreneurship among young people has become a topic that cannot be ignored due to its close connection to the issue of economic growth. Given the growing phenomenon of unemployment among young people in Egyptian society in general, and among graduates of higher education institutions in particular, many countries have begun to review their educational and training systems and add a new dimension that aims to arouse the interest of students, trainees or young graduates and develop their attitudes and direct them towards the option of working for their own account and establishing projects as an alternative or parallel option to the option of working for a wage with others. | ||
