| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على نظرية تنمية الموارد البشرية من خلال المنظور الإسلامي، والتطبيق العملي في عهد النبوة لهذه النظرية وكيفية تطبيقها على الموظفين عبر المنظور الإسلامي، وكمنت المشكلة البحثية في قصور الدول العربية عن مثيلاتها الغربية فهي بدائية إلى حد ما بالنسبة لهذا العلم والقائمين عليه من حيث أدائهم وفي توصيل رسالتهم وطرق تسويق هذا العلم، وقد سلك الباحث في علاج هذه المشكلة البحثية المنهج التاريخي التحليلي، وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج كان أبرزها التنمية البشرية من وجهة نظر الإسلام هي عملية توسيع القدرات البشرية من خلال تلبية الحاجات المادية والروحية لتجاوز التناقضات الداخلية والخارجية القائمة على شمولية الإسلام، والغرض من هذه العملية هو تنمية الإيمان والعمل الصالح على طريق العدالة الشاملة لتحقيق حياة الطيبة وتربية الإسلام للفرد ترتكز على تنمية مهاراته وقدراته العقلية والجسمية، وعلى نشر الفضائل وترسيخ القيم الروحية التي تؤهل الإنسان كي ينهض بالأمانة، كما أوصى الباحث بأن تعمل الدول العربية على تفعيل منظومة القيم التنموية التي حثّ عليها ديننا الحنيف، والتخلي عن الدعوات التي لا تحمل في طياتها سوى شعارات بلا مضمون. This study aims to identify the theory of human resources development through the Islamic perspective, the practical application of this theory during the era of the Prophet (pbuh) and how to apply it to employees through the Islamic perspective. The research problem consists in the shortcomings of the Arab countries in this field compared to their Western counterparts, since this science is relatively new to the Arab countries. The historical and analytical approach has been used for treating the research problem. The research has reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is that human development from the point of view of Islam is the process of expanding human capabilities by meeting material and spiritual needs to overcome internal and external contradictions. Islamic education for the individual is based on developing his mental and physical skills and abilities. The researcher has also recommended that Arab countries work to activate the system of developmental values urged by our true religion. | ||
