| Abstract | ||
| هدف البحث التعرف إلى واقع بعض المتغيرات التنظيمية بالتوجيه الفني لرياض الأطفال، وواقع الأداء الوظيفي لموجهات رياض الأطفال، وتحديد العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأداء الوظيفي لموجهات رياض الأطفال وبعض المتغيرات التنظيمية بالتوجيه الفني بمحافظة المنيا، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء الوظيفي لموجهات رياض الأطفال في ضوء بعض المتغيرات التنظيمية بالتوجيه الفني لرياض الأطفال بمحافظة المنيا، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد العينة والتي بلغ عددها(36) موجهة رياض أطفال، وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع بعض المتغيرات التنظيمية بالتوجيه الفني لرياض الأطفال جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وواقع الأداء الوظيفي لموجهات رياض الأطفال جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأن هناك علاقة موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعض المتغيرات التنظيمية والأداء الوظيفي لموجهات رياض الأطفال، وتم تقديم تصورًا مقترحًا لتطوير الأداء الوظيفي لموجهات رياض الأطفال في ضوء بعض المتغيرات التنظيمية. The objective of the research is to identify the reality of some organizational variables for the technical guidance of kindergartens, and the reality of job performance for kindergarten supervisors, and to determine the correlation between the job performance of kindergarten supervisors and some organizational variables for technical guidance in Minia Governorate, and to present a proposed vision for developing the job performance of kindergarten supervisors in the light of some variables. Organizational technical guidance for kindergartens in Minia Governorate, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire for the purpose of collecting data from the sample members, which numbered (36) directed kindergartens, and the results showed that the reality of some organizational variables of technical guidance for kindergartens came to a medium degree, and the reality of performance The job of kindergarten supervisors came to a medium degree, and that there is a positive relationship with statistical significance between some organizational variables and the job performance of kindergarten supervisors, and a proposed vision was presented to develop the job performance of kindergarten supervisors in the light of some organizational variables. | ||
