| Abstract | ||
| المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف عـلى مدى حاجة منطقة القـصيـم لتـطويــر بـرنـامـج بـكالـوريـوس الطـفـولَـة المـبـكـرَة وارتباطه بتـلـبيـة حاجة سـوق الـعـمل، وتم استخدام المنهج المسحي، وتكونت العينة مـن (175) مفردة مـن المستفيدين مـن طلاب جامعات القـصيـم، وجهات التوظيف وأفراد المجتمع فـي منطقة القـصيـم فـي المملكة العربيــة السعوديــة، ولتحقيق أهداف هذا الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة مـن ثلاثة محاور أساسيــة، (المحور الأول: الحـاجـات التدريبيــة، المحور الثاني: حـاجـات سـوق الـعـمل، المحور الثالث: حـاجـات المجتمع فـي منطقة القـصيـم)،وخلصت الباحثة إلى مجموعة مـن النتائج: وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مدى (الحـاجـات التدريبيــة) اللازمة لتـطويــر بـرنـامـج بـكالـوريـوس الطـفـولَـة المـبـكـرَة وبين تـلـبيـة حاجة سـوق الـعـمل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي (33). وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مدى (حـاجـات سـوق الـعـمل) اللازمة لتـطويــر بـرنـامـج بـكالـوريـوس الطـفـولَـة المـبـكـرَة وارتباطه وبين تـلـبيـة حاجة سـوق الـعـمل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي (21)، وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مدى (حـاجـات المجتمع فـي منطقة القـصيـم) اللازمة لتـطويــر بـرنـامـج بـكالـوريـوس الطـفـولَـة المـبـكـرَة وبين تـلـبيـة حاجة سـوق الـعـمل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي (45). أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائيــة فـي مدى الحـاجـات اللازمة لتـطويــر بـرنـامـج بـكالـوريـوس الطـفـولَـة المـبـكـرَة وارتباطه بتـلـبيـة حاجة سـوق الـعـمل تبعا لمتغير الجنس، والعمر والمستفيد. ضرورة تركيز المسؤولين فـي وزارة التعليم فـي منطقة القـصيـم بشكل خاص وفـي المملكة العربيــة بشكل عام لإعطاء المزيد مـن الاهتمام ببرامج الطـفـولَـة المـبـكـرَة وتـطويــرها. Abstract: The study aimed to assess the need for developing the Early Childhood Education (ECE) bachelor's program in the Qassim region and its connection to meeting the demands of the job market. A survey method was employed, involving a sample of 175 participants, including students from Qassim universities, employers, and community members in the Qassim region, Saudi Arabia. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was designed with three main axes: Training Needs Job Market Needs Community Needs in the Qassim Region The findings revealed the following: There is a significant correlation between the training needs required for the development of the ECE bachelor's program and its alignment with meeting the job market demands (with an average score of 4.33). A significant correlation exists between the job market needs necessary for the development of the ECE bachelor's program and its connection to meeting the job market demands (with an average score of 4.21). There is a significant correlation between the community needs in the Qassim region required for the development of the ECE bachelor's program and its connection to meeting the job market demands (with an average score of 4.45). No statistically significant differences were found in the needs for developing the ECE program and its connection to meeting job market demands based on gender, age, and beneficiary. The study emphasizes the importance of focusing on ECE programs by the responsible authorities in the Ministry of Education, particularly in the Qassim region and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. | ||
