| Abstract | ||
| تعتبر مدينة القنيطرة، التي حملت إسم "بور ليوطي"،نموذج المدينة الأوربية في المغرب خلال الفترة المعاصرة. إذ کان لتخطيط إقامة المدينة دوافع استراتيجية واقتصادية واجتماعية. وأبت سلطات الحماية الفرنسية إلا أن تجعل منها وصيف المدن الغربية بالمغرب إلى جانب المدن العتيقة. خضعت إقامة مدينة القنيطرة إلى عدة تصاميم حضرية، تحت المراقبة المباشرة لسلطات الحماية الفرنسية. وکان من نتائج تطبيق سياسة التعمير بهذه المدينة أن تميزت بالطابع الغربي في مجال مغربي من خلال توزيع شوارعها وتنوع اشکال عمرانها وتباين هندسة بنايتها. ولا تزال مدينة القنيطرة تحتفظ ببعض من هذا التراث العمراني، وهو يسير نحو الاندثار، نتيجة الزحف العمراني الحديث. تقدم خرائط وتصاميم المدينة والصور القديمة أرضية تاريخية عن التطور العمرانية التي عرفتها مدينة "بور ليوطي" خلال فترة الحماية، کما أن الوقوف عند أهم المواقع التاريخية والأثرية تُسعف في تتبع التواصل الحضاري المتبادلة بين الشمال والجنوب وبين الشرق والغرب من خلال التراث العمراني الذي يشکل السجل التاريخي لمدينة القنيطرة. ولا تزال شوارع المدينة ومعالمها التاريخية الحضرية تجعل منها قبلة المهتمين بالتراث العمراني والهندسة الحضرية الأوربية الموازية للهندسة العربية بشمال إفريقيا. The city of Kénitra, which bore the name of "Port of Lyautey" is considered as a European model city in Morocco during the contemporary period. Its planning is due to strategic, economic and social reasons. French Protectorate authorities wanted to create a modern city in Morocco in addition to traditional cities. The city has experienced several urban plannifications under the direct control of the French Protectorate authorities. The result of the application of the Settlement policy in this city is the western character that marked Kénitra through the distribution of its streets and the diversity of its development and variation engineering. Kénitra still retains some of this architectural heritage, which is moving towards extinction, as a result of modern urban expansion. Maps, designs and old photos of the city Provide historic ground for urban development of the "Port Lyautey" city during the period of the Protectorate. Also, The study of great historical and archaeological monuments can detect civilizational exchange between the north and the south, the east and the west through the architectural heritage as a historical record of Kénitra. The streets and monuments of the city are still a destination for researchers in architectural heritage and European architecture that remains in parallel with the Arab architecture in North Africa. | ||
