| Abstract This article presents an experimental archaeology project that aimed to reproduce the Oxyrhyncus fish mummification process. The project’s main research questions were focused on understanding how several fish and mummification materials influenced the process. مُلخص البحث تَحنِيط الأسْماك: أُسلُوب وتقْنيَّات التَّحْنيط بأوكسيرينخوس. اَلجُزء الأوَّل يُقدِّم هذَا البحث مَ رُوع تجْريبيٍّ لِعملِيَّة التَّحْنيط بِهَدف مُحاكَاة عَمَليَّة تَحنِيط الأسْاك فِ أُوكسرينخوس. تَركزَت الأسْئلة البحْثيَّة الرَّئيسيَّة لِهَذا الم رْوع اَلبحْثِي التَّجْريبيِّ عى فَهْم كَيفِية تَأثِر أَنوَاع مُختلفَة مِن الأسْاك وَمَواد التَّحْنيط عى عَمَليَّة التَّحْنيط ذاتهَا. | ||
