| Research name: The effect of a program based on qualitative analysis on improving the performance of switch leap skill of the floor exercises apparatus for girls under 10 years Researcher name: Yasmine yahia zakaria gad Names of supervisors: Prof. Dr. Suhair Labib Faraa Girgis - Prof. Dr. Aziza Abdel Ghani Ali Mustafa Institutional affiliation: Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University Research Aims: Identifying the biomechanical variables of the switch leap skill on the floor exercises apparatus for girls under-10 years. Research Methodology : The researcher used the descriptive approach to analyze the motor performance of the switch leap Research sample: (5) Women’s artistic gymnasts under-10 registered in the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation Program implementation: Implementing the program within 10 weeks, 3 units per week, and the unit time is 60 minutes. The contents of the program : -Warm-up (10 minutes) -The main part (45 minutes) -The final part (5 minutes) Pre-measurement: The researcher conducted a pre-measurement of the research sample, which included measurements of height and weight, and performed a kinetic analysis of the skill (Switch leap) Dimensional measurement: The post-measurement of the research sample was conducted in the same manner as the pre-measurement, as follows: - (N=12) Before me. - (N = 15) Regression and percentages. - (n=12) post-test. The researcher believes that in light of the above and based on the results, the significance of the differences between the pre- and post-measurements in the level of skill performance becomes clear in favor of the post-measurements and the percentages of improvement in the level of skill performance for the skill under study, due to the specific exercise program designed according to some of the mechanical characteristics of performing switch leap. | ||
