| Abstract | ||
| يتناول هذا البحث جمع ودراسة حال الرواة الذين قال فيهم الإمام أحمد «معروف» و«ليس بمعروف». ويشتمل على: مقدمة تتضمن: أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، ومشكلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهج الباحث في هذه الدراسة. الفصل الأول: الدراسة النظرية، واشتملت على مبحثين: الأول: التعريف بمصطلح «معروف» واستعمالاته عند أئمة الحديث، الثاني: ترجمة موجزة للإمام أحمد بن حنبل ومكانته العلمية. الفصل الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية للرواة الذين وصفهم الإمام أحمد بقوله: «معروف» أو «ليس بمعروف»، تضمنت: التعريف بهم، والموازنة بين أقوال الأئمة فيهم من حيث العدالة أو الجرح؛ للوقوف على خلاصة حالهم، ثم خاتمة ونتائج وتوصيات، وفهارس. ومن أهم النتائج: أن لفظة «معروف» استعملها عدد من النقاد، ومنهم الإمام أحمد بن حنبل. وأن مدلولها يختلف في دلالته على التوثيق من راو لآخر، وإن كان الغالب في حال الموصوفين بها هو التوثيق، لكنه قد وصف بها عدد من الرواة الضعفاء، وأن مقصود الأئمة من إطلاقها في الغالب: أن الراوي مشهور في طلب الحديث، ومعروف بين نقلته ورواته، وأما مصطلح «ليس بمعروف» فتطلق على من لم يشتهر برواية الحديث ولم يعرف حديثه إلا من جهة واحدة، ويدخل فيه المجهول بنوعيه. This research deals with the collection of narrators about whom Imam Ahmad said “known” or “not known.” It includes: An introduction that includes: the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research problem, previous studies, the research plan, and the researcher’s approach to this study. Chapter One: The theoretical study, which included two sections: The first: Definition of the term “known” and its uses among the imams of hadith. The second: A brief translation of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal and his scholarly status. Chapter Two: The applied study of the narrators whom Imam Ahmad described by saying: “known” or “not known,” included: introducing them, and balancing the imams’ statements about them in terms of justice or injustice; To get a summary of their situation, then a conclusion, results, recommendations, and indexes. One of the most important results is that the word “well-known” was used by a number of critics, including Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal. And its meaning differs in its significance of authentication from one narrator to another, although in the case of those described with it it is mostly authentication, but it has been described by a number of weak narrators, and that the imams’ intent in using it in most cases is that the narrator is famous in seeking hadith, and is known among his narrations and narrators. As for the term “not known,” it is applied to someone who is not famous for narrating a hadith and whose hadith is known only from one side, and includes the unknown of both types. | ||
