| Abstract | ||
| هدف البحث تعرف واقع تنمية الموارد البشرية بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة بجامعة المنيا، وإجراءات تطبيق مدخل التدوير الوظيفي بها، وتحديد العلاقة الارتباطية بين تدوير الموظفين وتنمية الموارد البشرية، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل مدخل التدوير الوظيفي لتنمية الموارد البشرية، وقد استخدم الباحث لتحقيق ذلك المنهج الوصفي، وقام الباحث باستطلاع آراء عينة البحث والبالغة (30) موظفًا، من خلال توزيع استبانة صممت لهذا الغرض لقياس مدى استجابة المبحوثين لمتغيرات البحث، وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج ((SPSS ولقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن واقع تنمية الموارد البشرية تحقق بدرجة متوسطة حيث بلغت نسبة متوسط الاستجابة (0.68)، وإجراءات تطبيق التدوير الوظيفي تحققت بدرجة متوسطة حيث بلغت نسبة متوسط الاستجابة (0.63)، كما توجد علاقة ارتباط معنوية موجبة بين تدوير الموظفين وتنمية الموارد البشرية حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.869)، أما التحديات التي تحول دون تطبيق التدوير الوظيفي تحققت بدرجة مرتفعة حيث بلغت نسبة متوسط الاستجابة (0.81)، وقدم البحث تصورًا مقترحًا لتفعيل مدخل التدوير الوظيفي لتنمية الموارد البشرية. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of human resource development in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Minia University, and the procedures for implementing the job rotation entrance therein, Determining the correlation between staff rotation and human resource development, Presenting a proposed vision to activate the job rotation approach for human resources development. The researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve this, and the researcher surveyed the opinions of the research sample, which amounted to (30) employees, by distributing a questionnaire designed for this purpose to measure the respondents’ response to the research variables, and the results were analyzed using the program (SPSS). The results of the research showed that the reality of human resources development was achieved in a medium degree, with an average response rate of (0.68), The job rotation application procedures were achieved in a medium degree, with an average response rate of (0.63). There is also a significant positive correlation between employee rotation and human resources development, as the correlation coefficient was (0.869), as for the challenges that prevent the application of job rotation, they were achieved to a high degree, with an average response rate of (0.81).the research presented a proposed vision to activate the job rotation approach for human resource development | ||
