| Abstract | ||
| تنطلق أهمية التدريب من كونه عملية مستمرة سريعة في كافة الأنشطة والمجالات لمواكبة التطور ، وتبرز أهميته في كونه وسيلة لإعداد الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة لدفع قطاعات الإنتاج نحو النمو والاستمرارية . وتعد البرامج التدريبية أحد أساليب التطور في صناعة الملابس ، وناتجاً من نواتج التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي المعاصر ، فتعتبر هذه البرامج بمثابة تنظيم يخطط له مسبقاً في صورة كاملة . والتشكيل على المانيكان هو أسلوب متحرر يوضح شخصية المصمم ويعبر عنها ، فهو فن يخاطب الحواس ، لأنه من أحد الفنون التشكيلية التي تحتاج إلى حس فني وتذوق جمالي . وتعد المشروعات الصغيرة قلب الاقتصاد في المملكة العربية السعودية ، حيث أصبحت من أهم دعائم التنمية الصناعية السعودية ، وهي الخطوة الأولى للدخول في عالم المال والأعمال والتجارة . يهدف البحث الي : إعداد برنامج تدريبي في التشكيل على المانيكان لتنمية معارف ومهارات الخريجات بمجال المشروعات الصغيرة . تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي في التشكيل على المانيكان لتنمية معارف ومهارات الخريجات . قياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في التشكيل على المانيكان لتنمية معارف الخريجات بمجال المشروعات الصغيرة . قياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في التشكيل على المانيكان لتنمية مهارات الخريجات بمجال المشروعات الصغيرة . توصل البحث الي : وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للبرنامج التدريبي في التشكيل على المانيكان لتنمية المعارف والمهارات في مجال المشروعات الصغيرة لصالح التطبيق البعدي ""الفاعلية" . وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المعرفي لصالح التطبيق البعدي . وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المتدربات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس تقدير الأداء المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي . أوصي البحث بــ : تصميم برامج تدريبية للخريجات لرفع مستواهن المعرفي والمهاري في مجال التشكيل على المانيكان لتلبية متطلبات السوق السعودي . تصميم مواقع الكترونية تعليمية متخصصة بمجال التشكيل على المانيكان لإكساب الطالبات والخريجات المهارات اللازمة التي تمكنهن من إقامة مشاريع صغيرة خاصة بهن . الاستفادة من نتائج البرنامج التدريبي المقترح وتطبيقها على خريجات غير متخصصات مهتمات بمجال انتاج الملابس. اعداد برامج تدريبية متخصصة بمجال الملابس وتقديمها للمؤسسات "خيرية ، رعاية الفتيات" لتنمية مهارات الفتيات في تنفيذ الملابس . The importance of training stems from the fact that it is a rapid, continuous process in all activities and fields to keep pace with development, and its importance is highlighted in that it is a means of preparing qualified human cadres to push the production sectors towards growth and continuity. Training programs are one of the methods of development in the clothing industry, and a result of contemporary scientific and technological progress. These programs are considered an organization that is planned in advance in a complete manner. Forming a mannequin is a liberal style that clarifies and expresses the personality of the designer. It is an art that addresses the senses, because it is one of the plastic arts that requires an artistic sense and aesthetic taste. Small projects are the heart of the economy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as they have become one of the most important pillars of Saudi industrial development, and they are the first step to entering the world of finance, business and trade. The research aims to: 1- Preparing a training program in mannequin modeling to develop the knowledge and skills of female graduates in the field of small projects. 2- Implementing the training program in mannequin formation to develop the knowledge and skills of female graduates. 3- Measuring the effectiveness of the training program in mannequin formation to develop female graduates’ knowledge in the field of small projects. 4- Measuring the effectiveness of the training program in mannequin formation to develop the skills of female graduates in the field of small projects. The search found : 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the pre- and post-application of the training program in shaping on mannequins to develop knowledge and skills in the field of small projects in favor of the post-application “Effectiveness”. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the pre- and post-application of the cognitive test in favor of the post-application. 3- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the pre- and post-application of the skill performance assessment scale in favor of the post-application. I recommend searching : 1- Designing training programs for female graduates to raise their level of knowledge and skills in the field of mannequin modeling to meet the requirements of the Saudi market. 2- Designing educational websites specialized in the field of mannequin modeling to provide female students and graduates with the necessary skills that will enable them to establish small projects of their own. 3- Benefiting from the results of the proposed training program and applying them to non-specialized female graduates interested in the field of clothing production. 4- Preparing specialized training programs in the field of clothing and presenting them to “charitable, girls’ welfare” institutions to develop girls’ skills in making clothes. | ||
