| Abstract | ||
| يشهد عصرنا الحالي تقدم وتطور تكنولوجي منقطع النظير ، وتعد أنظمة الذكاء الإصطناعي جزء لا يتجزأ وركن أساسي من هذا التطور ، مما أدي إلي ظهور العديد من المشكلات المستجدة علي الساحة القانونية ، ومن أهم هذه المشكلات التي تنشأ بسبب أنظمة الذكاء الإصطناعي هي المسائل المتعلقة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية وكيفية حماية الأعمال التي تنتج بإستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي . من هذا المنطلق جاءت فكرة هذا البحث ((أثر أنظمة الذكاء الإصطناعي علي حقوق الملكية الفكرية )) للبحث حول مدي كفاية أحكام قانون حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية الحالي رقم 82 لسنة 2002 ، ومدي قدرتها مع المستجدات التي فرضتها تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي في مجال براءات الإختراع . Our current era is witnessing unparalleled technological progress and development, and artificial intelligence systems are an integral part and essential pillar of this development, which has led to the emergence of many new problems in the legal arena, and the most important of these problems that arise due to artificial intelligence systems are issues related to intellectual property rights. How to protect works produced using artificial intelligence. From this standpoint, the idea of this research ((The impact of artificial intelligence systems on intellectual property rights)) came to investigate the adequacy of the provisions of the current Intellectual Property Rights Protection Law No. 82 of 2002, and the extent of their ability with the developments imposed by artificial intelligence technologies in the field of patents. | ||
