Abstract
Microvascular obstruction (MO) or no-reflow 
phenomenon is an established complication of 
coronary reperfusion therapy for acute 
myocardial infarction. It is increasingly 
recognized as a poor prognostic indicator and 
marker of subsequent adverse LV remodeling.
