| Abstract | ||
| المستخلص تسعي هذه الدراسة الي معرفة إثر استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في قطاع التأمين بوجه عام وفي قطاع التأمين المصري بوجه خاص، وتحليل الفوائد والتحديات المرتبطة بتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في شركات التأمين المصرية ،حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على استبيان للحصول على معلومات من عينة من العاملين في شركات التأمين المصرية، تتكون عينة الدراسة من 388 فردا من مديرين العموم والعاملين بالإدارات المختلفة في 11 شركة تامين في جمهورية مصر العربية لاستطلاع أراءهم حول وفوائد وتحديات تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتم اعتماد الإحصاء الوصفي لعرض البيانات التي تم جمعها، لاختبار الفرضيات المصاغة من خلال برنامج SPSS . وخلصت الدراسة أن شركات التأمين في مصر على دراية بأهمية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولديها موقف إيجابي تجاه الذكاء الاصطناعي وتنظر إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي باعتباره تكنولوجيا من شأنها تحسين العمليات الرئيسية لشركات التأمين وهو ما يدعم فرضيات البحث. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة وضع خطة استراتيجية عند تبنى تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في الجوانب المختلفة من عمليات التأمين، وبالتالي تشكيل قطاع تأميني رقمي متقدم مدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي. Abstract This study aims to identify the effect of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the insurance sector in general and in the Egyptian insurance sector in particular, and analyze of the benefits and challenges associated with the application of artificial intelligence in Egyptian insurance companies. In this study relied on a questionnaire to obtain information from sample of workers in Egyptian insurance companies, the study sample consists of 388 individuals from general managers and employees of various departments in 11 insurance companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, to survey their opinions on the benefits and challenges of applying artificial intelligence. descriptive statistics were adopted to display the collected data to test the hypotheses formulated using the SPSS program. The study concluded that insurance companies in Egypt are aware of the importance of artificial intelligence, have a positive attitude towards artificial intelligence, and view artificial intelligence as a technology that will improve the main operations of insurance companies, which supports the research hypotheses. The study recommends the necessity of developing a strategic plan when adopting the application of artificial intelligence in various aspects of insurance operations, thus forming an advanced digital insurance sector supported by artificial intelligence. | ||
