| Abstract | ||
| يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على جودة حياة العمل وأهميتها في التميز في أداء المنظمات والميزات التي تقدمها جودة حياة العمل للارتقاء بأداء المنظمة نحو الافضل بما يخولها المنافسة بين مثيلاتها من المنظمات والتفوق عليها، انطلاقا من التطور الذي شهدته الجودة على مدى العقود السابقة وصولا الى الحاضر، وجودة حياة العمل كانت قد حققت ولا تزال تحقق الى الان قفزات نوعية كبيرة للمنظمات التي قامت بتوفير أبعادها وعناصرها وبشكل خاص على الأداء العام للمنظمة والذي يشمل تحقيق الاهداف الكلية للمنظمة . فمن خلال النمو المستمر للمنافسة في الاسواق المحلية والعالمية ستكون جودة حياة العمل العامل الرئيسي لبقاء المنظمة ضمن المنافسة ولمعظم المنظمات الصناعية والخدمية، فتحقيق الجودة يعني التوفير وتقليل الهدر، وهذا يعني تقليل الكلف وزيادة الارباح وتقديم خدمات بجودة عالية وبالتالي تحقيق التميز في الأداء المنظمي . وبشكل عام حاول البحث الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية : هل الأداء المنظمي المميز يرتبط بتوفير أبعاد جودة حياة العمل؟ ما طبيعة العلاقة والاثر بين جودة حياة العمل والأداء المنظمي؟ تعد جودة الحياة الوظيفية من المواضيع الإدارية الهامة في إدارة الموارد البشرية والسلوك التنظيمي، لما لهذا المفهوم من تأثير مباشر على الروح المعنوية للعنصر البشري وبالتالي على أداء المؤسسة. فالأفراد الذين يتمتعون بجودة حياة وظيفية مميزة يكو ن لديهم أداء عالي ، وفي المقابل المؤسسات التي تسعى إلى الاهتمام بالعنصر البشري كونه يمثل أحد المؤثرات القوية التي تقوم عليها الميزة التنافسية بين تلك المؤسسات من خلال توفير برامج جودة حياة وظيفية تتسم بالجودة والفاعلية للعاملين فإنها تمتلك الأدوات القادرة على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، ومستوى عالي من الإنتاج. وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تأثير جودة حياة العمل على دافعية العاملين للانجاز بمؤسسات، توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها وجود علالقة تأثير معنوية بين جودة حياة العمل ودافعية العاملين لإلنجاز بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، باإلضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافعية لإلنجاز لصالح فئة الاطارات. واقترحت الدراسة أن يتم إشراك عدد أكبر من الفاعلين عند اتخاذ القرارات، مع منح العاملين هامش مناورة أكبر عند التنفيذ، و تطوير نظام الاجور والمكافآت الحالي، حتى يصبح مشجعا على الانجاز. This research aims to identify the quality of work life and its importance in achieving excellence in the performance of organizations and the advantages provided by the quality of work life to improve the performance of the organization to the better, enabling it to compete among similar organizations and excel over them, based on the development that quality has witnessed over the previous decades up to the present. The quality of work life has achieved and continues to achieve great qualitative leaps for organizations that have provided its dimensions and elements, especially on the overall performance of the organization, which includes achieving the overall goals of the organization. Through the continuous growth of competition in local and global markets, the quality of work life will be the main factor for the organization to remain competitive and for most industrial and service organizations. Achieving quality means saving and reducing waste, and this means reducing costs, increasing profits, providing high-quality services, and thus achieving excellence in organizational performance. In general, the research attempted to answer the following questions: Is distinctive organizational performance linked to providing dimensions of quality of work life? What is the nature of the relationship and impact between the quality of work life and organizational performance? The quality of work life is one of the important administrative topics in human resources management and organizational behavior, because this concept has a direct impact on the morale of the human element and thus on the performance of the organization. Individuals who enjoy a distinctive quality of work life have high performance, and on the other hand, institutions that seek to pay attention to the human element as it represents one of the powerful influences on which the competitive advantage between those institutions is based by providing quality and effective work life programs for workers, have the tools capable of To achieve competitive advantage and a high level of production. The current study aims to identify the impact of the quality of work life on employees’ motivation to achieve in institutions. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a significant relationship between the quality of work life and employees’ motivation to achieve in the institution under study, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of motivation to achieve.
