| This study examines the relationship between organizational culture and the performance of travel agencies in Egypt, focusing on those classified under category A. The goal is to explore to what extent the organizational culture of travel agencies category A operating in Egypt impacts their performance. This study depends on quantitative research techniques through using an online questionnaire disseminated to a sample of 121of travel agencies category A operating in Egypt from October 2023 to Mid of November 2023. The statistical analysis depends on correlation coefficient and multi-regression tests. Findings reveal a moderate positive correlation between organizational culture and the performance of Category A travel agencies in Egypt, with adaptability demonstrating the highest positive correlation. Involvement, however, shows a negative correlation, suggesting a potential decrease in performance with increased involvement. A multiple regression model emphasizes the significance of consistency and adaptability on performance, cautioning against an overly involved approach and indicating the need for mission refinement. Further analysis explores the correlation between organizational culture constructs and specific performance variables. Adaptability emerges as a significant positive correlation with top management performance and quality. Regression analysis confirms a statistically significant positive relationship between organizational culture and performance, explaining 24.7% of the variance. Implications include strategic prioritization of adaptability and consistency, caution with involvement initiatives, a reassessment of mission components, and a comprehensive approach to shaping organizational culture for sustained high performance. | ||
