| Abstract | ||
| فإن وقوع الابتلاء على البشرية سنة كونية، فالله سبحانه وتعالى يبتلي بالخير والشر، فتنة للناس وتمحيصا لهم، ليظهر التقي من الفاسق، والمؤمن من الكافر، وهناك ابتلاءات خاصة بفرد دون غيره، وهناك ابتلاء عام يطول الجميع، وفي كل حال هو لون اختبار من الله تعالى لعباده. ومن الابتلاءات التي وقعت بالناس في السنوات السابقة ما يعرف بجائحة كورونا التي انتقلت من بلدة (ووهان) الصينية إلى كل بلاد العالم، وأصيب بها الملايين، وتوفي نتيجة عنها عشرات الآلاف من المرضى في بلاد مختلفة. وقد عملت كل بلد على وقاية شعبها بما تمكنت منه من إجراءات، وقد كانت مملكتنا الغالية حفظها الله في مقدمة البلاد التي نهضت بكل الوسائل للحفاظ على صحة أفراد شعبها، فوضعت من الإجراءات الدقيقة ما أمكنها بفضل الله تعالى من تجاوز هذه الفترة العصيبة بنجاح منقطع النظير، خاصة وأن المملكة العربية السعودية ذات طبيعة خاصة، فهي ملتقى المسلمين، وبها قبلتهم، وبما شرفها الله به من خدمة الحجيج والمعتمرين، وزوراها لا ينقطعون طوال العام، فاتخذت المملكة في سبيل ذلك إجراءات حاسمة ومنظمة للوقاية والحفاظ على شعبها وزوراها. The occurrence of trials on humanity is a universal law. God Almighty tests people with good and evil, as a test for people and as a test for them, in order to distinguish the pious from the sinner, and the believer from the unbeliever. There are trials that are specific to an individual and not others, and there is a general trial that affects everyone, and in each case it is a kind of test from God. God Almighty to His servants. Among the afflictions that befell people in previous years is what is known as the Corona pandemic, which moved from the Chinese town of Wuhan to all countries of the world, infecting millions, and tens of thousands of patients in different countries dying as a result. Each country has worked to protect its people with whatever measures it was able to do, and our dear Kingdom, may God protect it, was at the forefront of the countries that took every means to preserve the health of its people. It put in place precise measures that enabled it, thanks to God Almighty, to overcome this difficult period with unparalleled success. Especially since the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a special nature, as it is the meeting place for Muslims, and it is their qiblah, and because God has honored it with the service of pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims, and its visitors do not cease throughout the year, so the Kingdom took decisive and organized measures for prevention and the preservation of its people and its visitors. | ||
