| Sustainable office tower facades are one of the modern trends that emerged as a result of high consumption and the urgent need to preserve various natural resources, according to modern and innovative techniques and methods that contribute to preserving and maintaining our environmental resources. By applying the principles of sustainability in office tower facades such as: reducing energy consumption, improving the quality of the indoor environment, natural ventilation, etc., the facades of buildings and office towers have become better from an environmental perspective despite the high costs, but with use they achieve the desired goals. Therefore, it is necessary to exchange experiences and benefit from the experiences of countries that preceded us in the field of office tower building facade technologies, analyze them and choose what suits our hot, dry environment, so that it integrates with the surrounding climate, economic and cultural values, to achieve a better life for society and for future generations. Office towers in the hot, dry environment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are still designed using modern construction techniques, licensed by the Riyadh Development Authority or the Riyadh Municipality, and then implemented without standards to assess their sustainability according to international standards and without assessing their thermal performance, which would reduce operating costs and achieve sustainability in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. This study aimed to identify the factors contributing to finding standards to assess the sustainability of office tower facades in the hot, dry climate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as providing natural lighting and ventilation, etc., which architectural designers benefit from in designing facades that contribute to improving thermal performance within office towers, using technologies that contribute to exploiting natural energies, which leads to reducing energy consumption, and to enable the relevant authorities to approve towers and issue building permits and also judge the suitability of the proposed design. تعدّ واجهات الأبراج المكتبية المستدامة أحد الاتجاهات الحديثة والتي ظهرت نتيجة للاستهلاك الكبير والحاجة الملحة للحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية المختلفة، وفق تقنيات وأساليب حديثة ومبتكرة تسهم في الحفاظ على موارد بيئتنا والمحافظة عليها.وبتطبيق مبادئ الاستدامة في واجهات الأبراج المكتبية مثل: خفض استهلاك الطاقة، وتحسين جودة البيئة الداخلية، والتهوية الطبيعة وغيرها، أصبحت واجهات المباني والأبراج المكتبية أفضل من الناحية البيئية رغم التكاليف العالية، إلا أنها مع الاستخدام تحقق الأهداف المرجوة منها. ، لذا لابد من تبادل الخبرات والاستفادة من التجارب بالدول التي سبقتنا بمجال تقنيات واجهات مباني الابراج المكتبية، وتحليلها واختيار ما يناسب بيئتنا الحارة الجافة، بحيث تتكامل مع البيئة المناخية المحيطة، والقيم الاقتصادية، والثقافية، لتحقيق حياة أفضل للمجتمع وللأجيال القادمة. لا تزال الابراج المكتبية في بيئة المناطق الحارة الجافة في المملكة العربية السعودية تصمم باستخدام تقنيات البناء الحديثة، وترخص من هيئة تطوير الرياض أو من أمانة الرياض، وتنفذ بعد ذلك دون وجود معايير لتقييم مدى استدامتها وفقا للمعايير العالمية ودون تقييم لأدائها الحراري والذي من شأنه خفض تكلفة التشغيل، وتحقيق الاستدامة بما يتوافق مع رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العوامل المساهمة في ايجاد معايير تقييم لمدى استدامة واجهات مباني الابراج المكتبية في المناخ الحار الجاف بالمملكة العربية السعودية مثل: توفير الإضاءة والتهوية الطبيعية وغيرها، ويستفيد منها المصممين المعماريين في تصميم واجهات تساهم في تحسين الأداء الحراري داخل الأبراج المكتبية، باستخدام تقنيات تسهم في استغلال الطاقات الطبيعية، وبما يؤدي إلى خفض استهلاك الطاقة، ولتمكين الجهات المعنية باعتماد الأبراج وبإصدار تراخيص بنائها والحكم كذلك على مدى ملائمة التصميم المقترح. | ||
