| Abstract | ||
| الملخص: تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على عينة بلغت (195) طالباً وطالبة في المستويين السابع والثامن في كلية إدارة الأعمال في جامعتي تبوك وفهد بن سلطان في مدينة تبوك، وهي تهدف لدراسة مدى توفر الخصائص الشخصية والسلوكية الريادية لدى أفراد العينة، وتأثيرها في تكوين اتجاهات إيجابية نحو تاسيس مشاريع ريادية بعد التخرج، واستخدم الباحث الأسلوب الوصفي لتوضيح مدى توفر الخصائص الريادية لدى المبحوثين والأسلوب التحليلي لدراسة العلاقة بين توفر تلك الخصائص والاتجاهات نحو تأسيس المشاريع الريادية. وتم جمع البيانات الأولية بواسطة استبانة مصممة خصيصاً لأغراض الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها توفر الخصائص الشخصية والسلوكية لريادة الأعمال لدى أفراد العينة بدرجة كبيرة مع وجود اتجاه إيجابي نحو تأسيس مشاريع ريادية ، وجود تأثير لترتيب الفرد بين أفراد أسرته على امتلاك الخصائص الريادية والمهارات السلوكية، وجود ميل ملحوظ لدى الأفراد للحصول على وظائف تتمتع بالأمان الوظيفي، ميل بدرجة كبيرة كبير لتأسيس مشاريع في مجال الخدمات العامة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم العوامل المشجعة على التوجه نحو تأسيس المشاريع الريادية هي: تشجيع الأسرة، توفر مصادر التمويل ورأس المال، الثقافة السائدة في المجتمع ، وأن أهم العوامل المعيقة للتوجه نحو تأسيس المشاريع الريادية هي: الصعوبات المالية وعدم توفر رأس المال ، والأحوال الاقتصادية كالغلاء والركود، الخوف من المخاطرة. وأظهر اختبار الفرضيات أثر إيجابي لتوفر الخصائص الريادية بشقيها: الخصائص الشخصية والمهارات السلوكية في تكوين الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو تأسيس الأعمال الريادية. وقدم الباحث توصيات إلى المعنيين لوضع برامج تشجع الشباب على التوجه نحو ممارسة الأعمال الريادية ودعمهم مالياً وتقنياً وإداريا، والاهتمام بالتثقيف الأسري لتوعية أرباب الأسر نحو توجيه أبنائهم للعمل الريادي، ودعم البحث العلمي في مجال ريادة الأعمال. Abstract This study was conducted on a sample of (195) of Business Administration students at the University of Tabuk and Fahd bin Sultan, It aims to study the availability of personal and behavioral characteristics of entrepreneurship among respondents , and the influence of those characterstics to build positive attitudes towards the establishment of pilot projects after graduation. Descriptive method was used to illustrate the availability of entrepreneurial characteristics among the respondents, and analytical method to study of the relationship between the entrepreneurial characteristics and trends towards the establishment of pilot projects . Primary data was collected by the questionnaire designed specifically for the purposes of the study. The study found several results, most notably : the availability of personal and behavioral characteristics of entrepreneurship among respondents significantly, a positive trend towards the establishment of pilot projects, a clear impact of the order between the individual members of his family to own entrepreneurial characteristics and behavioral skills, a tendency to get jobs with high security, and there is a large degree of preference for the establishment of projects in the field of public services. The study also found that the most important factors encouraging the trend towards the establishment of pilot projects are: the family encouragment,the availability of funding sources, prevailing culture , while it was found that the most crippling factors of the establishment of pilot projects are: : financial difficulties ,the lack of capital , and economic conditions as infalion and recession ,and fear of risk. Hypothesis testing proved a positive impact of personal characteristics and behavioral skills in the formation of positive attitudes towards the establishment of pilot projects . Som recommendations submitted to the concerned authorities to develop programs to encourage young people to go about the practice of entrepreneurship , and attention to family education to educate employers about families guide their children to work leadership , and support scientific research in the field of entrepreneurship. | ||
