| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى تحقيق الهدف الرئيس وهو التعرف على مظاهر سلوك المواطنة لدى الشباب السعودي من الجنسين عند مشاركتهم في الاحتفال الوطني بيوم التأسيس، والذي تتفرع منه عدة أهداف فرعية لتحقيقه: التعرف على التزام الشباب بقيم المسئولية الاجتماعية، والتعرف على التزام الشباب بالأنظمة والقوانين العامة، ويتفرع منه: التعرف على التزام الشباب بلائحة المحافظة على الذوق العام، ونظام المرور، ونظام مكافحة جريمة التحرش، من خلال استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة التي بلغت (395) مفردة من الجنسين، حيث بلغ عدد الذكور (88)، أما الإناث فبلغ عددهن (307)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أبرزها فيما يتعلق بقيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية أن الشباب من الجنسين قاموا برفع العلم بطريقة سليمة، كما أنهم لم يبلغوا الجهات الأمنية عن مشكلات لاحظوها، وفيما يتعلق بالتزام الشباب بالأنظمة والقوانين المرتبطة بلائحة المحافظة على الذوق العام أظهرت النتائج أنهم قاموا برمي بقايا الأطعمة والمشروبات في غير الأماكن المخصصة لها، كما لم يقوموا بتصوير الأشخاص بشكل مباشر دون استئذانهم، وفيما يتعلق بالالتزام بأنظمة المرور فقد تبيّن أن غالبيتهم ملتزمين بصوت المسموعات المقبول عند قيادتهم السيارة، ولم يستخدموا منبه السيارة بطريقة مزعجة، وأوصت الدراسة بإقامة برامج الخدمة الاجتماعية الوقائية للتوعية بالأنظمة والقوانين الداعمة للضبط الاجتماعي الموجهة لمراحل التعليم العام، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات القائمة على الملاحظة بالمشاركة لاكتشاف السلوكيات الحقيقية لفئة المراهقين من عمر (15) إلى (18) سنة. The study aimed to achieve its main objective, which is to identify Manifestations of Citizenship Behavior among Saudi youth of both genders during their participation in national celebrations, specifically during the founding day celebrations. The study had several sub-objectives, including identifying the youth's commitment to social responsibility values, their adherence to public laws and regulations, and specifically, their adherence to the guidelines for maintaining public decorum, traffic laws, and the system for combating harassment crimes. The study employed a social survey method using a sample of 395 individuals of both genders, with 88 males and 307 females. Regarding social responsibility values, the study found that the youth of both genders raised the flag in a proper manner and did not report any problems they observed to the security authorities. Concerning adherence to laws and regulations related to maintaining public decorum, the results showed that they disposed of food and drink leftovers in non-designated areas, did not take direct pictures of people without their consent, and followed acceptable and non-disturbing sound levels when playing music in their cars. Regarding adherence to the system for combating harassment crimes, the study found that the participants did not share their social media accounts with people of the opposite gender or children. The study recommended the establishment of preventive social service programs to raise awareness of the general laws and regulations that support social control of the stages of public education. Additionally, the study suggested conducting more observational studies to discover the actual behaviors of teenagers from (15) to (18) years old. | ||
