| In the currentera, the educational system is witnessing tremendous developments in our time have become qualified to activate electronic learning environments , as it is one of the utmost necessities for all developed and developing societies a like, esecially in light of the successive and rapid changes of moolern communications technology as this type of network – based . Education provides wthin self – contanined wirtual learning systems , it provides apportunities , services , and electronic educational courses that may challenge the difficulties and limitations in herent in traditional education systems – from the belief that access to knowledge is a right for every citizen, the ministry of comonunications and information technology, in cooperation with the misistry of Educations.
