| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرُّف على معوِّقات الخدمات المساندة بمعاهد وبرامج التربية الفكريَّة من وجهة نظر معلميهم؛ ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدمت الدراسة مقياس التعرُّف على معوِّقات الخدمات المساندة في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكريَّة (من إعداد الباحثة)، وتم تطبيقه على عيِّنة عشوائية من معلِّمي ومعلِّمات معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكريَّة بلغ عددها (372)، وتوصَّلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنَّ معوِّقات الخدمات المساندة موجودة بدرجة عالية وبمتوسِّط حسابي (3.93 من 5.00)، وقد جاء في الترتيب الأول من حيث المعوِّقات بعد: معوِّقات للخدمات النفسيَّة المدرسيَّة بمتوسِّط حسابي (3.98) ودرجة توفّر عالية، وفي الترتيب الثاني بعد: خدمات النقل والتنقُّل بمتوسِّط حسابي (3.97) ودرجة توفّر عالية؛ بينما جاء في الترتيب الثالث بعد: معوِّقات خدمات العلاج الطبيعي والوظيفي بمتوسِّط حسابي (3.87) ودرجة توفّر عالية، وفي الترتيب الرابع جاء بعد: معوِّقات خدمات علاج اللغة والكلام بمتوسِّط حسابي (3.86) ودرجة توفّر عالية، وفي الترتيب الخامس جاء بعد: معوِّقات الخدمات الإرشاديَّة بمتوسِّط حسابي (3.85) ودرجة توفّر عالية، كما توصَّلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة بين استجابات أفراد عيِّنة الدراسة في الدرجة الكلية على المقياس تعزى لمتغيِّرات (المؤهّل الدراسي – سنوات الخبرة – طبيعة البرنامج – الجنس)، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير ما تحتاجه معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكريَّة من وسائل التنقُّل الداخليَّة المتطورة، واستخدام أساليب العلاج النفسي الحديثة، وتوفير خدمات الإرشاد والتوجيه المقدَّمة لأولياء أمور الطلاب، بالإضافة إلى توفير الأجهزة والتقنيات الحديثة المستخدمة في قياس وعلاج اضطرابات اللغة والكلام، وتوفير العدد اللازم من أخصائيي العلاج الطبيعي والوظيفي. The study aimed to identify the obstacles of the supportive services provided to people with intellectual disabilities in intellectual education institutes and programs, and to achieve that goal the descriptive survey approach was used, and the study also used a scale to identify the obstacles of the supportive services in the institutes and programs of intellectual education (prepared by the researcher), it was applied on a random sample of teachers of intellectual education institutes and programs amounted to (372). The results of the study showed that obstacles to supportive services are present in a high degree with an average (3.93 out of 5.00), and the dimension that came in the first place in terms of obstacles is: obstacles to school psychological services with an average (3.98) and a high degree of availability, and in the second place was the dimension of: obstacles in transport and mobility with an average (3.97 out of 5.00) and a high degree of availability, and in the third place was the dimension of: obstacles in physical and occupational therapy services with an average (3.87 out of 5.00), and in the fourth place was the dimension of: obstacles in the services of language and speech therapy with an average (3.86 out of 5.00), and in the last was the dimension of: obstacles in instructional services with an average (3.85 out of 5.00). The study also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample individuals in the total score on the scale due to variables (academic qualification - years of experience - nature of the program - gender). The study recommended providing the intellectual education institutes and programs with advanced transportation methods, trying to use modern psychological treatment methods, and working to provide counseling and guidance services to students' parents, in addition to providing modern devices and techniques used in measuring and treating language and speech disorders and providing the necessary number of physiotherapists and occupational therapists. | ||
