| Abstract This research paper aims to analyze the factors influencing the cost of health insurance in Egypt, with a focus on the private healthcare sector. The study recognizes the importance of achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and the role of private health insurance in supporting this goal. By investigating the complex and multifaceted drivers of health insurance costs, this research develops a robust model that identifies and quantifies the factors affecting insurance costs in Egypt. Moreover, the paper provides insights for policymakers, insurance companies, and healthcare providers by utilizing empirical models to understand and manage health insurance costs effectively. Employing Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) and Ordinal Logistic Regression, the findings can inform the design of policies and interventions aimed at controlling and reducing health insurance costs in Egypt. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل العوامل المؤثرة في تكلفة التأمين الصحي في مصر، مع التركيز على القطاع الخاص للرعاية الصحية. تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية تحقيق التغطية الصحية الشاملة (UHC) ودور التأمين الصحي الخاص في دعم هذا الهدف. من خلال التحقيق في العوامل المعقدة ومتعددة الجوانب التي تؤثر في تكلفة التأمين الصحي، تطوّر هذه الدراسة نموذجاً قوياً يحدد ويقيس العوامل التي تؤثر على تكاليف التأمين في مصر. علاوة على ذلك، تقدم الورقة رؤى لصنّاع القرار وشركات التأمين ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية من خلال استخدام النماذج التجريبية لفهم وإدارة تكاليف التأمين الصحي بفعالية. باستخدام تحليل التباين متعدد المتغيرات (MANOVA) والانحدار اللوجستي الترتيبي، يمكن أن تسهم النتائج في تصميم السياسات والتدخلات التي تهدف إلى التحكم في تكاليف التأمين الصحي في مصر وخفضها. | ||
